I did search and I found Gametel has a good controller, works on the note but apparently the note does not fit on the holder.
Any body knows one that will work via bluetooth without rooting. Any recommendations?

I use my PS3 controller with my note. No holder or anything for the phone though, but it works damn well with Smash Bros.
Ok I ended up buying a ICONTROLPAD with the universal bracket but I have to make a hole on the braclet and extend it to hold the note. I apparently it works. I found a threat with a question like mine under the international note. I will keep inform aboit my experience, once I get it

I just replaced my Captivate with an AT&T Galaxy S 2. I had a jig that I bought from mobiletechvideos.com for the captivate. Will that jig work on my Galaxy S 2? Also, will it work on Sprint's Galaxy S 2 Epic Touch 4g? Or are there design differences between the jigs so some won't work on all phones?
Checking Ebay, most of the Jigs on sale state they work on the whole Galaxy S line and Galaxy S II line.
The new ones will work on all phones, but the old ones are hit or miss, mostly miss. My captivate jig is useless on the i777. But, the international i9100 versions on eBay for $2 are supposed to work fine. Plus the ones from mobiletech.

I bought one from Amazon that was for the original galaxy s line (didn't mention the s II at all) and it worked perfectly for my phone.

I emailed some people and it looks like there have been some changes. I have also seen many people post that they tried a Captivate jig on a GS2 and it often doesn't work. It looks like, if your jig is more than a couple months old, you should get a new one.
I believe its the same resistance but the newer Galaxy line is more sensitive to the value, if its a higher quality parts then it should work fine. I think mobiletechvideos one's worked for some people but can't confirm as I don't really care about the triangle or flash counter (most people confirmed that AT&T and most retail stores won't/don't know how to check it, only Samsung does)

I can confirm that the one I bought from MobileTechVideos for my captivate works flawless in my ATT SGS2.

Yup. The nominal value of the ID resistor hasn't changed - but it's clear the GS2 is more picky about tolerances.
So some Captivate jigs will work, some won't. Any GS2 jig should work on any Captivate though, since the only difference is the resistor value tolerances.
Hello XDA
In the Motorola offcial site, the S10-HD Bluetooth Headphones cost $89.99, but right now I'm seeing it in a huge deal in just $39.99 AND I CAN'T WAIT TO BUY IT but I need to know that work perfectly with my Samsung Galaxy S 2 (i9100), you know I mean if they pair without any problems with my phone.
Please if you can answer me fast so I can buy them.
Thanks
This may not be helpful but I have the s9-hd model and they work fine in all aspects really doubt there is to much of a difference..
I figured this topic is a question, therefore I did not post it in the accessories forum.
I was wondering if it is possible to use a dual sim adapter for the Galaxy S3. For the S2, I have a no cut adapter, which fits under the battery cover without a problem.
Since the S3 is using micro sim, this becomes more complicated. A cut adapter is impossible. A no cut adapter would possible. There are some multi sim adapters for the iPhone 4s. Does anyone have one and could tell me if it is possible to use with the Galaxy S3?
The adapter would also allow to use standard size sim. I don't know how thick the adapters are, perhaps they also fit under the battery cover. It is a shame that the S3 uses micro-SIM with the size of a 4.8" phone, even the slot is exceptionally big, I suspect it was changed later just so people can plop in their SIM cards from their iPhones.
Id be interested in this if you could find one that fit under the cover.
Here is an adapter.

Any idea if the dual adapters made for iPhone 4 would work? because I've seen them for $5.
I think the iph4 adapters will work also.
bigger question is will they fit under the back cover of the s3!?
can anybody tell me if there is 1mm room between the back cover and the battery? (or if the back cover can be snapped back in with a small "lump" because of the extra sim)
The back cover's very flexible so it should fit no problem, and I ordered an iPhone dual adapter for $5.40 last week so i'll give that a try when it turns up.
i use g mate, dual sim, dual network.

I've tried 2 different brands of iPhone 4 adapters on my s3 and it doesn't work at all. I've had a few adapters over the years from www.magic-sim.com who have been great but they don't seem to have an adapter for the s3 available right now. I'll email them and ask why.
Here's an adapter for $5.74 with free worldwide shipping

Ok so they got back to me saying they're releasing one next week. I'll get one when they do and report on how well it works

Well, right now i have a SGS i9000. but im planning to buy a SGS II i9100 which someone sells it for 290$(converted already to our rate which is actually 12,000PHP on us).. i sell my SGS to my classmate for 240$ (which is 10,000PHP for us).
**what i want to know is how will i know if the device(that im going to buy) was not repaired or changed its hardware before? and i see that there are some Fake android phones out there. but the original ones have samsung sticker and NTC seal on the back of the phone and the NTC is around where the battery is.***
when im gonna buy it, ill make sure that it can be connect to Google Play, and has similarly with my phone, and connects to pc, and if the phone is properly working with Odin3.
It's just odd that it's quite cheap. because most people sells their SGSII 2nd hand for like 360~480$(converted on our rate).
thanks a lot for the help!
help plox?? TIA
Hi! as some of you might know i had problems with my past samsung galaxy note i717, so i returned it. was a bad experience but i'm in loved with the cellphone and i don't wanna make mistakes twice.
I'm trying to buy a new one through ebay, and i want it closer to new.
so i found the "seller refurbished"
and i found as "new" a "floor demo model"
and another one listed as new but without it plastics but under samsung warranty.
What would u guys recommend? and what does "floor-demo model" means?
would you recommend me buying the i717 or the note II? (i read is the same thing... just for the screen)
thanks

"Refurbished" is one that was returned, checked over, corrected, and sent back out. Usually has a warrenty.
"New Floor Demo" was probably a device on display at a retail outlet. While it can be classified as "new" since no one ever bought it, it probably has the most use. Everyone and their mother touched it.
"New w/o plastic + warrenty" was probably bought, opened, tested, and put back in the box. I would only worry that the warrenty wouldn't transfer if it has already been registered.
Now to the Note I v. Note II: they are definetly not the same device. Pretty much every factor and spec is different. Dual-core S3 v. Quad-core exynos, 1gb ram v. 2gb ram, 1280x800 v. 1280x720, 5.3" v. 5.5", Android 4.0.4 v. Android 4.1... they list goes on.
If it were me, I wouod buy the Note II if the funds were available. It really is quite pricey. Subsidized would be a different story. I would read reviews on both. Make the decision. One is older but still more than capable. The other is brand new and currently sitting on top of the cell phone mountain.
