Don't flash anything yet. Try to do a factory reset.
Hold Vol + and - and Power button to go into Boot mode.
Press vol - once to go down to Recovery
Press Vol + once enter recovery
Press Vol - twice to select data/factory reset
Press power button to enter, then vol - to select yes to confirm reset.

What did you do before hand. Were you doing anything different or you just turn it off and on. And it did it on its own?

Flashing fastboot will restore to stock rom. Do this at your own risk, though I have flash fastboot files with no problems there's always some risk involved.
Charge your battery to full before flashing.

When you see the Droid laying on his back puts both volume buttons at the same time, that well get you into recover. Continue from step 3

I had cwm and install a few rom and last one is blayo's rom. I made factory reset and after that I can't go to recovery all I got is red exlamation mark and had to remove batery.
I also install rom manager and again cwm , no luck.
what should I do?
tnx
When in "red !" screen hold volume down/up (sorry don't remember lol) and power button. You should be in cwm thereon after.

guys why i am getting a factory mode instead of a download mode when im pressing volume + [+] volume - [+] power button?. this is crazy....
What do you mean by factory mode?
Are you sure you are holding Volume up and down and power button at the same time? If yes, give us some photo of how the phone looks like after going into this "FACTORY MODE"

Hi, I seen videos of people booting to custom recovery by powering up their phone, and then going to the reset data screen and pressing yes before going to the recovery. But for whatever reason this process doesn't work for me, and I never seen it done on a Verizon G3 model. I'm talking about booting to recovery by holding volume up and then letting go and pressing it once again.
When I try to boot to recovery by powering up my phone, I never get to the "reset data" screen, and instead I get to a LG themed recovery screen but it has no android recovery logo on it. The only way for me to get to TWRP recovery is by going to TiBu and from there choosing reboot to recovery, but that requires me to be able to boot onto Android.
Is there a way to boot to custom recovery on the LG G3 without doing it from Android?
The magic button combo is power + volume down.

Oops, I had that mixed up, it is indeed power+ volume down (I thought I knew what the method is so I didn't say power button earlier). However, I don't see the reset data screen, I go directly to a "system recovery" screen with the options to continue power up, safe mode, fectory reset, wipe cache, and power down. I'm not sure what to do to get to TWRP. Is this how all Verizon G3s work or is it just my phone?

You missed the part at the end of the op where he says he needs to do it at power up. My guess is he can't get into the os because of a bootloop.
