I have installed this ROM [ROM][MAR4]ExtremeLegendFuseâ„¢2|CustomCM7|FAST|CM9Music|STABLE |T9Dialer and i have found some strange behavior. If you disable LockScreen in CyanogenMod settings then the phone will not sleep after the screen is off by the timeout or after the power button have pressed. "Running" is more then 97% and battery drained very fast (40% per night roughly). If you enabled LockScreen - all will be good - 2% per night, the phone sleep's well! Because of this i can't use any lockscreens instead of stock lockscreen, very sad . My question - is this the standart behavior for CyanogenMod ROMs, or this is the bug of that (ExtremeLegendFuseâ„¢2) ROM only?
Doesn't seem to happen on cm 7.1.

Solved.
I flashed the latest CM 7.2 RC1 over that rom (no any wipe) and the problem disappeared. Now my phone sleeps very well.

Anyone can explian to me how to remove the BLN on Miui Revamped 7 because it sticks and kills my battery?
It doesn't kill your battery...
The Guy who originally developed bln said *at most* it uses another 1-2% for the charge cycle.
but, you must enable quiet hours for all hours, plus check the dim led box under the quiet hours setting. And no, there isn't a way around this way to disable it.

Flash a kernel that doesn't have bln enabled, I know glitch and neo both have bln enabled .... maybe even try the stock miui rom
The hour in the status bar and block screen isn't working properly since saturday, when de DST (Daylight Saving Time) hour change occured. I attached some screenshots at the same hour, and have de Automatic sync enabled for time & hour. Changung the hour manually doesn't fully work, at first the hour its synced but then it changes almost randomly.
The alarm it's also affected by this, and it isn`t funny to wake up at a random time in the morning.
I'm using void #forever with franciscofrancos's kernel 19.3, but problem started with 19.2 and I saw the same problem with mik's CM7 5.x.x (GB related?).
Widget it's TypoClock (this seems to be the correct hour).
Hope someone knows how to solve this... really annoying.

I have a question about the proximity sensor on the galaxy s2, mine is lit all of the time even when I press the power button to shut the screen off. Is this normal? I am running SHOStock 1.9.2 and Slyah 2.6.12 I have reflashed a couple of times and cleared the cache.
One more thing I think I found a possible bug in the flashlight toggle, if you rotate the screen with the flashlight on the toggle shuts off but the light stays on so you have to press the toggle twice to turn the light off.

I'm running SHOStock 1.9.2 and have neither of these problems. I even intentionally tried to get the flashlight toggle to break, but it work regardless of the orientation.
I'm not sure how long the sensor has been lit since it is so dim you can only see it in a dark room but I'm pretty sure it wasn't on the stock rom and maybe the first SHOStock rom I loaded which I believe was 1.9.0. The flashlight toggle issue has been there on all three SHOStock roms I have loaded.

I can't speak for the previous SHOStock versions as my first was v1.9.2.
I was coming from UCKH7 Stock (w/ Slyah 2.6.12 kernel). I did a full wipe and flashed v1.92.
I've only been running it for 3 days now, but overall i'm pleased. I did notice the following (not really issues, but a little annoying).
1. I had a random reboot within the first 24 hours of flashing.
2. I don't really care for the Auto Brightness changes (Lowered Auto Brightness a little and added 2 levels that make the changes less abrupt). I use Auto Brightness exclusively and it seems to low and a little choppy when changing.
3. I've gotten stuck in screen capture mode (home + power) twice. I know the screen capture is a feature, but I've got it to stick where I only need to press the power key (not the home + power combo). I'm not sure if this is a feature or a bug, or maybe I'm just a noob.

You are not the only person having an issue with screen cap, tho I do believe it is due to the kernel you're running and not the Rom. A quick search should pull up a bunch of info for you

S2monkey,
Thanks for the tip. I'll do a search and see what I can dig up.

My phone stopped rotating so I flashed back to 1.9.1 (only version I had on my phone at the time). The orientation problem was fixed and I also noticed the proximity sesor was no longer lit. I flashed 1.9.2 and the sensor is lit again, reverted the kernel back to 2.6.11 with no change then flashed the 1.9.1 ROM and the sensor is still lit. I have no idea what caused it to go out the first time I reverted back to 1.9.1 or how to proceed. Does it really make any difference whether it is lit or not? I would think it would impact the battery life so any thought or ideas would be appreciated.

I'm on CM9 nighly 20120729 and XXLPH and want to navigate on my motorcycle only by audio, using latest CoPilot.
However when I turn my screen off, navigation stops working.
Losing the GPS fix is not a problem. I am not running any battery savers or custom kernel.
Thanks in advance!
I installed cm 7.2 to see if this would resolve the issue, but to no avail. Is it then save to assume that it is something on device or application level?
Hello All,
Just thought I would mention this in case anybody experienced the issue like I did. Whenever I play music through bluetooth in my car whilst multitasking (having sat nav running for example) the audio would stutter for a split second every 10secs or so and it is very frustrating.
I have just got back from testing this stock firmware: Xperia S (LT26i) : 6.1.A.1.58 Generic TR (Turkey)
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1823234
The audio stutter problem appears fixed - I was on the road for about 40mins with sat nav running and music playing and did not get a single stutter
I also applied this kernel (using fastboot) to get root and recovery: Advanced Stock ICS Kernel Build 13 [15/08/12]
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1729280
and also this mod for the 14 button status bar toggles on the pull down menu: Quickpanel 14 Widget Status bar Inc Swipe Notification

I'll try this out when I can, next few days. I had the exact same problem, but I've not used my mw600 for a while now (due to this)
Not tried it on ka10.2 rom and the 5.1 kernel.
Out of curiosity what gov are you using with ics13 kernel, and what sort of battery life are you getting?

I am not using a modified governor or anything - just the default the kernel is set to when it is installed. Battery life is awesome, can get 2 day's use out of the phone (saying that I do have power saver active over night to turn all battery hogging features off - lose about 8% battery in 12 hours).

Another bugfix in this firmware for me is that the proximity sensor working correctly now! No call related problems so far (past one week) on the .58 build with sony stock kernel, also no problems with music playback using walkman app! But the phone still doesn't sleep as well as it should when idle, but it may have to do with the apps (esp google apps) than the os itself. And, of course, still the quicklaunch & bravia engine not functioning like they did in GB roms!
