Is there a version of DefaultThemes.apk for mdpi or another trick to get the following xperia S' settings layout?

No, you need to modify settings.apk with the xperia s icons (i think)

I moded mine to look exactly like the one in xperia s.

Some other, but now I can't access internet via my pc. I am using taptalk. I would open a new thread with my mod but I cannot attach files with the app. I tries opera mini it keeps loading forever, and stock browser shows an error.
any help?
I hope someone do this mod like in the screenshot i've put, cause i don't like the ICS layuot for my GB

In attachments are some Xperia S icons extracted from Xperia S system dump. You can use in Launcher Pro or another. There's also a dock background that you can use in your current launcher.

I was waiting that too when i was on xGin. Then the the rom died and i've had to restore to stock Stock is very good at the moment, games run very much faster than every custom rom
heh, i know but stock 2.1 can't add app on SD card;/ (I do not like partition on sd card)

As this is Ported by ThilinaC which said works on ICS/JB, then it should work.But this is version 3.0. There is new version 4.0 out there...

Note: I am not expert on this and I think it shows
Just put it in /system/app with rw-r-r- permissions, and reboot if necessary
