Can i port i9100 roms to i9100G ?
Would i be able to install it without any problem
Or galaxy nexus roms , since they have same cpu and gpu ..?

no u cannot do it since the roms for i9100 will not wrk with i9100g for i9100g u have a seperate thread under galaxy s2 pleasse find custom roms there
PORT a rom means to rebuild it to suit another model phone .
i9100 G has a forum .

The GT-I900 and it's variants is the Samsung Galaxy S. This is the SGS2 forum. Look into the appropriate forum here on XDA..

Possible but a lot of muppets on here flash the wrong firmware on the wrong phone as they dont have i9100 .
Twice he has posted 1900G not i9100G
As their are custom roms for the i9100G he is either to lazy to search or has indeed got a i900G .
He as most muppets are male .

Starting a thread is not going to help, some recognized developers or cookers should be interested in development for this variant.

Hi all i have I9100G galaxy sII and i downloaded the custom rom GALAXYROM RC4
but couldnt flash from my stock rom.my I9100G is rooted. please help me if u know about this custom rom or if someone has installed it correctly. I repeat mine is I9100G and not I9100. please help....

Tell us all steps so we can help you.
Can anybody help me by telling me if there is any custom rom available for my samsung gt i5503.. And also can i flash custom roms made for galaxy 5 gt i5500 on my phone.. Has anybody tried the method.. Also can anybody explain if i have to unlock the bootloader or not..
P.s. I have already rooted my phone
will appreciate the help if provided

Actually there's no difference between the GT-I5503 and GT-I5500.. Same on the hardware side..
Yes, you can flash the custom ROM's available for the Galaxy 5 GT-I5500.
If you are on Eclair then flash any I5500L froyo (because this works great with indian phones) firmware and then move on to flashing other ROM's
You can get more custom ROM's on MADTeam website

No, U cannot use I9100 firmwares on I9105 ma8
even though the processor speed is same (1.2g dual core) but they are diff hardware altogether i9100 (exynoss chipset with mali 400gpu)) I9105 (broad cam chipset with broadcam video IV gpu).
So the Kernels are different for both of them AFAIK
And if i used it .. wat could happen ......
