So all my brothers on xda , I finally came to a long dead end after downloading 97 (maybe!) Mb of data and having many bugs in creeds rom v2.5.So this thread will be all related to creeds rom bug fixes and updates.
First of all comes the swype and keyboard error.So if theres any REAL ANDROID LOVER out there , please help me out with this swype error.So the thing is , whenever I try to install swype in my sgy , it shows a force close error.Please get a solution for it.And also try to port creeds rom SystemUI.apk into stock rom.
And the second thing is , u can post ur problems and etc for solutions. Best of luck dudes!!!!!!!

you may want to try out his 3.1 version. IMO its twice better than his 2.1 and 4 times better than 2.5 [yah i think 2.1 is better than 2.5!]

Hi guys...yesterday only I got SGS2 and its awesome. I wanna update my ph to cm7. Downloaded the official cm7 from official web site but don't know how to use install it. Could anybody tell me abt this. And also tell me which is the best ROM for our s2. I'm waiting for ur ans giys. Thank you

don't use custom rom now!! use stock rom for sometime!!
root your phone 1st do some basic mods then go for custom rom when u are bored with with stock!!

Don't listen to that guy, try everything and pick what's best for you.
On the other hand, you have all the instructions in the CM7 thread. Don't be a f**** and read the install guide from there.

am saying him to try everything but not now!! cz most users f*** up their phones by trying stuffs when they are newbie so am telling him to try those stuffs after learning more abt Android & flashing
Edit: IMO i recommend u to use SPEEDMOD kernel or SIYAH kernel over stock cz speedmod is good in terms of speed & battery compared to stock & siyah is best in battery backup flashing kernel won't change UI & some kernel like speedmod won't support custom ROM's dunno abt siyah i think it supports custom too

Thanku Rajaspidey,actually I used galaxy pop before this,I installed cm7 on it...but I don't wanna ruin this stock ROM. But I need more battery backup. U said about speedmod n other one,wheare can I get those n how can I update plz give me the links n also tell me if I don't like them can I revert back to thia original custom ROM....?? Plz rly,tanq

here's the link for speed mod use the stable kernel 16 am on v17 test-1 & that is perfectly fine
dunno abt siyah, i hink it has custom clock!!
i recommend u to use SPEEDMOD!!
u can make even stock kernel like custom upto certain limit if u are on XWKF3 temme i hv an mod for battery, auto color change to green in notif when connected to gtalk & CRT screen off!!
& i hv musicplayer.apk customised by me to look like itunes cz Samsung default album art looks cheap!!
i also have mod to use volume keys for camera
volume keys can & musicplayer.apk works on any firmware
u can freeze apps u don like with titanium backup i freezes game hub & readers
don't forget to take cam bakup
before flashing & this is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!
& take an cwm as soon as u root & copy it to pc !!

SpeedMOD can be used for any version cz its just a kernel !!
u can have different kernel, Modem & ROM in a phone (Mostly but i can be wrong read every line of mother post in a thread before flashing & read some user feedbacks too)
If I don't like speedmod ,can I revert back to my old look...?

Kernel wont change look of ur phone its just an intermediator between OS & hardware which decides speed & other hrdware properties !!
& about ur concern yes u can but u don need to go back to stock
BTW i flashed CheckROM & Siyah Kernel yesterday ll let u knw soon & if u wanna change ROM u can ask here !!

I found a Tool to fix Arabic RTL for MIUI Roms..
Feel free to flash the attached fix. Its for MIUI 2.1.20
Now also for 2.2.24 =)
I'm using it at the moment (NEO) and i believe it works on NEO V and ARC too =) -- U tell me!

After I installed and my phone had restarted I got FC.popup for all the app on the phone, nothing was working. whenever i tried to start an app I got like ten popups telling me that a certain app had to be force closed.
Anyone else got this problem?
That seems bad.. what phone and what/who's miui are you using? Did you try whiping your phone before restoring?

Stop develop another MIUI rom. Because every single miui rom has the same bug. there is no point to have new rom with same problem. it is better to find how to make the existing rom fully working and stable rom for daily used, both for work and entertainment.

Basing on the first post, I think he is developing an existing ROM (i.e. paul-xxx's MiUI v4 ROM).

and my recommendation would be if you want a ROM with no Fc's WLODs
just use the fxp125 rom....
have tried all these rom available and they all made me angry....

Stock rom of galaxy 5 only has Froyo 2.2.2,you can't find stock GB,i think you should check New Experience 0.1 of EsromG5,it's froyo but very good
