For anyone that is interested, I got the Sense 3.5 Quicklaunch widget to work on ICS/Sense 3.6. The only caveat is that it makes your Rosie transparent, which was fine for me because I had it set that way in Leedroid tweaks anyway.
Using Root Explorer or ES file explorer, move HTC Quicklaunch apk and fusion apk to system/app and change permissions appropriately. (I did rw-rw-rw) Reboot into recovery, wipe cache and dalvik and enjoy!
PS I'm on MeanRom ICS .3

EDIT 2: If you ever want to undo this, backup your Fusion.apk just in case. If you already did the mod and don't have your Fusion.apk file, extract it from the ROM zip that you originally installed.

I'm at work for another 5 hours, but I can try this when I get home. I wasn't a fan of Sense 4 because of the bugs, and I honestly don't even know if it'll work, but there's no harm in trying. That's why Nandroids exist, lol

it works with generation x v6,3. i tried tried adding it to the shortcut "g" button but no luck when i hold it down it doesnt show me an option to add it .

Weirdest thing, this works with the generation x doubleshot put but not the virtuous doubleshot port. Genius app just opens and closes when used.

Which rom are you using? You only need to flash the zip and then flash it? In the app drawer, do you see the button shortcut app? Or the genius green icon?

Good luck with uot kitchen... Don't waste time trying to change the status bar... I spent some time on it and some parts work, but most of it appears to be overridden by NRGZ theme.

Just a thought (remember I'm no dev) but when using root explorer, in /data/app, one of the apps is AmazingSenseBlue-1.apk...... Now prolly a dumb question, but is THAT the theme of the Energy ROM?

The only way to test that is if you delete it and see what happens, since the skin is called HTC in the skin section

The Amazing Sense in Energy ROM is a Skin. It changes some aspects of the Sense like the Widgets and launcher appearance. You can actually change the look (color mostly) of the Notification bar by using the skin. Maybe if you modified the skin it will be a lot easier to give it a theme.
This would be nice if anyone could do it... I mean, after all, Rubies are Red!
Maybe NRGZ could grace us with a version of his ROM, if not unthemed, an ability to at least edit the current theme.
I know he said he's done with this phone until ics comes out, just pipe dreaming maybe?

This is harder than one might think. The m10 files & 9.png's are a b*tch.
NRG edited sooooo many files (png & xml) in framework, rosie, resources, systemUI and many of the system apps.
I am making progress on a complete Sense 4.0 theme but I just decided to start over from scratch...again. It is tedious, time-consuming work. I am *maybe* starting to get the hang of it.

I just learned about this last week!
Apparently an odex Rom separates the app into the apk and an odex file (which is why odex is faster). A deodex Rom has the apk as one file (which is why deodex is easier to theme). So, you need a deodex Rom to pull from so you get the whole app.

That's probably one of the biggest differences between the roms. That and Nova launcher. What does Jester's rom have that you Don't want? Why not just run Jester's rom and save yourself some trouble?

You have to move the apk to system/app. The libs will be missing if you don't get the flash able version though. Liquids build has it installed though so I don't see why you don't have it.

Wow, that was challenging.It took me a while to find something.
You won't find an icon for it in the App Drawer, but if you open Music and start playing a song, then click on Menu, you'll see Sound Effects. Click on that toggle Equalizer on at the top you'll have some options.
It's not the same as BEATS, but unless you're an audiophile and have really good headphones, it'll probably suffice.
I'm listening to Enigma - Sadness just through the phone's speaker and adjusting the settings makes a noticable differece.
Newtoroot's sense 4 ROM has some music effects built in it. It's definitely worth checking out. Just throwing that out there.

I have been running liquid smooth rom since the day it came out .So already set it up and customized it the way I wanted . So I would hate to do it all over again with the jesters build just to have the awesome beats audio .That would be my last option

Backup launcher settings and desktop then do a tibu and flash jesters. You won't be disappointed. I find it to be smoother and better on battery.

How do I backup the launcher and the desktop ? I know jesters build using nova . Liquid smooth the ROM I'm running now has its own built-in launcher called liquid launcher .

Hmmm I dunno I didn't look into the settings on that launcher. I use apex pro.

Battery life is actually decent.
Programs always run in the background. You can end them, but they come back up. Which is normal because it was designed for devices that have 1GB of RAM.
It's laggy, but its expected.
I figure the lag is probably why we didn't actually receive the Android 4.0 ICS update. It's a great ROM though.

Install (root)beats audio installer from market. But make a back up it cannot be uninstalled. It works with headphones only.. I liked it on the leak build.
