Its does it by itself yes, but you can freeze market updater, and then uninstall the market updates

Well root using the preinstall method.

Then download a app freezer (I use titanium backup, but there's others) and freeze market updater, then uninstall market updates in settings/applications/manage application/ all/ market

I tried installing titanium backup on my phone, I still have about 8gb of free space on my internal memory but when I tried to install it, it says insufficient space, any idea what's happening?

apps that have been removed! Have you flashed from stock to custom Rom recently?
Removed apps is exactly what it says. Apps that you have uninstalled. It still shows the data they used before you removed them.
It's there anyway that I can trick Samsung apps into thinking I'm in a different region? I never get any of the free apps / games offers.
All the int'l users are equal so i don't know why they did that.
