Could be because you've posted 4 completely different threads (this one I'm replying to right now, this one, this one, and this one) already for the same problem.
PLEASE stop re-posting new threads for the same problem. We have enough clutter on the forums for this reason.
Two of those threads, you got replies to install BetterBatteryStats. (which you did, finally)
Your posts are very difficult to understand. Part of the issue is it appears English is not your native language; which is OK! Just run your posts through a translator or something. The main issue with understanding your posts is you don't include much detail on your posts.
Rule #1 of troubleshooting; more information is always better than less.
Maybe some screenshots of your BetterBatteryStats would be helpful.

What JJEgan wants to say (and actually says) is that there are a lot of threads considering bad battery life on ICS ROMs.
Have a look at this thread:
[REF][Rewrite 26/10] What the Android OS usage is and what it's not
It might not solve your problem, but maybe it helps to understand the issue.

Hey I just stumbled across this thread.
Could use please explain to me what you did to solve your problem? You mentioned something about disabling power saving mode in AOKP.. what does this mean?
Hello dear xda'rs...
First of all I want to say I read the whole forum and is filled with these issues but I could not find a working solution to the problem and that's why I turn to you.
I got my atrix three weeks ago and its awsome
But, i got a problem with my battery - it can drain to 0% in 4 hours from full charge over night.
In addition in normal use of games and surfing the phone is overheating but not reasonably it gets very very hot.
I'm on stock GB 2.3.4 (see attachment)
It also would be great if you can recommend me a suitable way to root my atrix.
Thanks in advance.
Sorry for my bad english!
Root using the "preinstall" method (search for it, there are at least a couple threads describing the procedure).
Once you've done that, install some process/CPU monitoring app and see if there's any specific app or process that's keeping your phone from going to deep sleeping.
...
any link to one of this threads?
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1769497&highlight=root+preinstall
This will do the job for my version?
Please answer only if you 100% sure cus i dont want my new atrix to become a brick so fast...

I found this thread (second post) that was meant for version 2.3.4, and the steps are pretty much dead-on the same and shouldn't brick your phone.
Remember, there's always some risk of breaking something, so if you're not comfortable with following the steps, don't do it!
Hello
I updated my Galaxy S2 via Odin(PC) from Stock 4.0.4 to Stock 4.1.2. All went fine, phone works smooth and fast. But there was a massive battery drain. Therefore i wiped data/cache, did a factory reset, everything is new an fresh. Phone still works smooth and fast but battery drain doesn't change. Take a look at the screenshot. Is there something i can check and change?
Thanx in advance.

Chill let the rom settle for a while, the battery is usually weird after a flash use it for a few cycles and then it should be alright

Thanx for your reply. But i cannot confirm that. Never had such a behavior. Flashed a few ICS 4.0.3 and 4.0.4 Roms and either thery're draining or not unless i'm able to change or fix somthing. It never improves on its own. Maybe it's my bad luck only.
Do we really need another "battery drain/problem" thread?
The answers you get here are going to be no different to the other topics that already cover this so please use search in future and get your answers quicker instead of duplicating topics that add to dilution of forum.

Yes, you are right. But i read a lot about battery drain problem in the dev thread and also tried a few, ok not all, things to fix it. Until nothing works for me i wanted to upload my battery stats but wasn't allowed to because i'm a noob. Therefore i opened up a new threat to upload my screenshot and hope someone has the right advice for me or just simply says "bad luck my friend. This Roms seems not to work for you".
And sorry again if i don't behave the right way.

Yes i will.
But, generally, flashing different Roms causes different issues. Reading solutions based on different ROMs, Custom ROMs, etc. isn't very helpful. There may be general solutions for this damn battery draining problem. But until now nothing fits to me.
In the end i hope to find a solution or i will go back to ics.
Have a nice day

Your absolutly right, i read many problems, but with those stats are weird.
1) Just try to re-flash the ROM and after go to recovery and clear everything(dalvik, data etc).
2) Use the option to reboot.
3) Turn off phone -> remove the battery -> Try to turn the phone ON without battery one or 2 times -> wait 2-5minutes more without doing nothing -> Battery back in.
4) Charge up to 100% (when the icon appears).
5) Wait for 1-3 cycles and check if its ok.
6) If you have media draining check my signature link.
Issue solved, probably
I probably solved my battery drain issue while doing what CrisR82 suggested in his post here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=37227296&postcount=10017
" Battery drain is caused by a permanent wake-lock (I had that issue).
For everyone with that problem, here's what I did and got rid of it:
1 - fully drain your battery (0%, to the point where it won't power-on at all)
2 - recharge your battery without turning on the phone
3 - go to recovery mode and wipe both data and cache
NOTE: backup all your contacts, messages, whatever...this will delete everything!
(I formatted my USB storage aswell before step 1, but I think that's not necessary)
No wake-lock for me, 17 hours use, 12% battery down (only checking the clock every once in a while)."
As it seems it worked for me also. Did it yesterday evening and keep in mind i did a factory reset therefore i had to reinstall everything. Battery is behaving normally again.
Maybe this helps the one or the other.
Greetings
Nicolas
Now, right solution
Ok, my mistake!
At first it seems that there is an improvment in battery life like i said in the above post. There is ... but slightly. Not enough, not acceptable at all.
To make it short.
I did a clean install. That's it. Wiped everthing, pumped the battery up to 100% and flashed Samsung Stock jb 4.1.2 again. And it works now.
Thanks all for your advice.

Me again.
My battery drained in 21 hours even after reinstalled everything after a full wipe. Couldn't find out what process caused the drain. Used bbs and its stats say android os, screen and Android in sleepmode is using most of the battery.
I'm back on 4.0.4 now. Waiting for next jb version.

Thought I should share that I tried the same and face the same issue. Before JB, on completely stock 4.0.4 (no root), I would charge after three full days (72 hrs). Moderate/normal use - no heavy gaming. Under JB it drained in less than 24 hrs with very moderate use - mostly idle. Back on ICS i now get the same battery time as before.
I should add that my phone came new with ICS 4.0.4 installed. Two friends of mine have upgraded theirs all the way from GB -> ICS -> JB and they exeperience significant battery improvement. Being a noob, I don't understand whether this makes any difference. Simply coincidence?
All the best.

New ROMs are always smoother than previous ones, once you flash em you get in cant-put-it-down mode. You need at least 1 week to judge battery life on any ROM. A couple of days to set it up and a few days to see how it behaves.
Once you get things going you never go back, that's a fact.
Be careful on 4.0.4.

Hello to all,
after having a stock i9300 for 11 months (I never kept stock for such a long period of time) I decide to install a custom rom.
After reading a lot I noticed that the most popular rom for the S3 i9300 is the omega so I followed that route.
I intalled the latest 4.1.2 version yesterday and today I was surprised to noticed that the battery lasted less than 14 hours.
I did a clean installation wiping cache/delvik etc.
This performance is horrible compared to stock.
I could easily make a whole day regardless of usage.
1. Are all roms as bad?
2. Will a possible change of the kernel provide a solution is so which one?
Other than that the rom looks great with some added features from the 4.2.2 which look great and fresh.
But I can not accept the phone not easily go through a day.
I also noticed some issues with Skype (not the latest version as this did not work well even on stock).
thank you
p.s. I could not post to the omega rom due to the fact I am new here......

You are being judgmental.
I spend several days reading the forum and educating myself.
I did read in the omega topic that some people experience battery problems.
Some of them reported that a different kernel provides better battery life.
I did not notice though that after flashing a rom you need several cycles for the battery to be calibrated.
Furthermore, in most roms I read about there are several people (not all) complaining about battery life.
This is why I asked if all custom roms increase performance while decreasing the battery life.

Really not the best way to reply to a noob is it? that's the sort of tone I would expect to see in the other place that will remain nameless. We all had to start somewhere and anyway you are wrong the developers section is called just that, if you read it will say Q&A Help & troubleshooting, if you dont like answering questions to noobs then the solution is simple ...DON'T ANSWER !

I Agree, its totally out of order to treat a noob in that way, but unfortunately some members think they actually own the site and therefore have a god given right to speak to new members like **** because they have more thanks on their profile, This complex they suffer from is extremely infectious and has a specific name, its called delusions of grandeur ! There is no known treatment or cure !
After several days I noticed that the battery life is a bit better but nowhere near to the previous performance.
How long does it take to re calibrate itself?

I also used Omega once but the battery life was just like yours.
Try doing the following:
1. Download greenify, understand how it works and greenify your apps.
2. Install startup manager, disable useless apps.
3. Disable wifi settings such as "notify me for new networks". Also, while in sleep mode, make sure the option is set to never.
4. Put auto brightness on.
5. Disable sync.
You can go ahead and install a different kernel. Googy or Devil or siyah would be a great choise.
All of these should improve your battery life.
Thank you for your reply.
Out of curiosity why does this rom consumes more power since it does not over clock the cpu?

They are many factors that affecting your battery life.Everyone have different angle viewing things. So depend on them what a good battery life mean to them. You can try other rom though. I'm using foxhound 2.5 with googy max kernel. It bring a good perfomance for me. And you can try to buy a 3200mah battery for your S3 with original size xD It can last more longer. And try the comment above it should improve the battery alot.
well I always try not to leave wifi on when not in use and do not run programs that use battery resources. I do never use mobile data and gps is always off. I did install greenify but there was really nothing running on the background.
Still I am under the impression that the stock rom provides signifficantly better battery life.
So my question is why? (Only out of curiosity).
