Can i use Instagram on my HTC Desire? I'm using CM7.
I got it installed, but i get a message that it's not supported.
Is this normal and/or is there someother possibility to get it working?

Ehm, I have been using it for more than a week on my Desire: first on the latest (original) Oxygen rom and now on the Siberia CM7r2 rom (xda-link).
Anyhow, I extracted the app with Es fileexplorer (I hope I don't break any rules).. here you go --> link
Maybe u can download the apk from google?
Its not warez..

I had instagram installed on SYSTEM and not in DATA thats why i got the error. It works now. BTW i just followed u

I installed Android 4.2.2 on HTC desire. Then i installed Instagram. Everytime i run Instagram and apply any changes on image file, the phone will freeze. I have to remove battery and re-power on the phone. Is this a known problem?

Anyone got worms working from the UK??? it wont let me download the 40mb file to play it! grrr, lost my refund now as well.....
Yeah you just need to get the files else where, in cannot upload them right now but will tomorrow, or modaco has them somewhere, do a search

They go in Android/data......
The zip is already in this format, just unzip it to your sd card.

I'm running the latest verison i think... Doesn't ask for an update anyway. Have you got another android device? all i can suggest it downloading Worms on that then extracting the worms data from android/data and putting it on your Vega. I'm guessing thats all MoDaCo did.
Also try placing it in the folder instead of merging them.... Dunno why but computers can be funny buggers when things aren't done a certain way.

Use the Spare Parts app to uncheck "Compatibility Mode" and you then should find it's full screen

now got a full screen worms running
the lik for the data is not working, can someone upload it somewhere else ?
It does work for me. Download it from the desktop computer though, not from your device. The Delia server is not too keen on mobile access.
naa there was some problem, now it worked. nice to have worms on my tablet

Haaaaard work, I think why people want older versions?... well answered myself , but modding the way of software to read repository it's a pain in the ass. Maybe later, now im focused on other things
dude dark i have jst downloaded it and as i double click on it it just nothing happened, no window displayed. (but exist in task manager) so how to see the window shown in your screen shot. i am on xp

You need to have last java version, other thing idk what could be happening, also OFC internet connection

@All: Uploaded new version with before mentioned bug fixed
a few things:
i have to click "Update" everytime... why? The file is on my hdd, so why download it again?
aaand yeah, captain obvious: the FroyoComb 1.5 download does not work. All the other stuff works good. But direct downloads and an integrated downloader would make the tool really usefull

You didn't download and install google apps. There is a link in the cyanogen thread in the developer's forum. I'm on my phone so can't link.

The file will only exist if you've tried to view a flash video in the browser already.
Alternative is to download Flash10.2 apks and replace your current version with one of those.

my market still not working rebooted several times
ok try this: go to manage apps-> google play store->clear data.
If that doesnt work, try installing the old market, and let it update to play automatically, that might work

possible solution
using root explorer go to data>apps. you will find an app named something like com.playstore or something like that. just find the app with the playstore icon. delete it but before deleting copy it somewhere else just to make sure. now the app will be uninstalled from your phone. download google play app from somewhere on the internet and install it. i think that it should fix the problem.

i think the problem is the script.
Whenever i use it on stock rom, it work just fine, but when i use it on cm rom include cm9, the market force close when i click it. But the problem solve after delete play store from system app and clear dalvik-cache and reinstall again.
I think your script only work on stock rom.

I'm not sure if any rom needs root, just CWM installed. Some roms give you root by default though.

Delete your Google account and sign in back Google should automatically load your contacts

Are you sure that you have saved all your contacts to Google account but not to local storage??? If yes I would suggest you to reflash gapps if you are rooted if not then a factory reset would help you out

hi sir,oic.......my phone is spice mi350,(SIMILAR WITH XT531,DOMINO),android version 2.2.2 rooted. very old phone.i dunno about custom rom. i am thinking tat maybe i have to get original contact storage.apk file. then only my phone will work.the one i download from internet not original . if anyone one else can get me the original file,it will be so nice. good hearing from you.:good:

any chance this could be done using download mode? im stuck in the setup wizard because of this damned error. im running the twrp beta on bootloader unlocked, rooted, ms330 (k7) 5 whole days old. i was playing with an app i ought not have. also for everyone else, adb is epic for everything.....
