Anyone else who have problem with restart of the Prime 201?.
Have tryed factory reset, hard reset and on off, but noting helps.
Need advice

my problem is as folow:
if my t-movil xda goes in suspend mode dont start up , only works with a soft reset or hard reset, when the problem is preset the soft rest is like a hard reset
anybody knouws what is the solution for this

after hard reset the phone freezes in orange widows screen.
New hard reset did not help.
Any help appreciated.

Hello, I tried to do a factory reset on my device and now I'm in constant boot. I had looked on you tube for help and I was able to be to the screen where i can do the factory wipe, wipe case, etc.... I did the reboot and it did not help, I then tried the factory reboot it still not not help. What else can I do? Do I have to reload drivers and if so what do I get. I have very little experience with phones.

You got bootloops. Just fix it with Kies or Odin
Hi, I did not used this phone for a long time anyway I wiped data/factory reset few times and when it start to turn on I can only see logo (image).
can someone tell me where is problem?

Same here after an update on August 22 , My S6 is stuck on the screen logo as well
I actually want to recover the data , so I have not done a reset as yet ,
if there are any suggestions to get data , Please help , Thanks
