Another app i like is IMEDIA SHARE It has no trouble linking from the streak to samsung tv and plays vids with no drop out
How about tv streaming
I saw the video that shows how the Samsung Galaxy Tab when mated with the TV can show what is on the screen of the TV to the galaxy tab. So you can watch tv right off of your galaxy tab
MY QUESTION: If i have a dell streak. Besides being able to use it as a remote. Would I also be able to do something like this with it?
Hi, I'v been tryn to stream videos from my galaxy s2 to my ps3 using all share but been unsuccesfull .. the ps3 does allow to view files in my gs2 using the media server but cant you stream videos to the ps3 using allshare??..when I try and select a file and it searches for a compatible device nothing shows up!! is there a problem with the ps3, phone or me? am I missing something out??

No problem with ps3. Download iMediaShare for Free from the market. Stream all you want to with that.

The issue is that the app is not avaible in the market for the European Samsung Galaxy tabs.
I would really want the APK since im in the Music Beta, but I have to side load the software to the phone and now to the tab.

Since alot of stock apps were removed, what apps do i need to reinstall for me to play music and video on my new samsung smart tv? I already downloaded the deoxed apps from redruM Lean Stock thread, just dunno which apk to reinstall. Thanks.

I use Allshare Play on my computer to my phone when I'm out. Would be nice to have to use it on my tablet off the network as well.
Does the app still work if you uninstall aptoide?

yes.aptoide is just where u can find the app.

I use Es File Explorer to my devices. I've seen these recommended as well, BubbleUPnP and HomeDia... I haven't tried them so I can't vouch.

You can try Twonky. With Twonky Beam you can even beam video from tablet to PC or Smart TV (only HTML5 sites).
I am using also MediaHouse (the Pro version, but the Lite works as well).

PS3 mediaserver works with Android and is a great multi platform app. Also vlc

Can someone upload the apk file cos I would like to added to my rom..?
Has anybody tried pushing the full Allshare package to the System Apps (IE Allshare Play, Allshare Controller, etc.)
One thing that bites is that while the included Allshare apk for this tablet is good for DLNA, it would be nice to have the remote access features of Allshare Play.
Sure, there are tons of alternatives, but Allshare/ Allshare Play has great privacy settings for DLNA so you can restrict access easily and access your home computer when you are away from your home LAN.

I installed Samsung link on my galaxy tab s sm-t700 and diddnt have to install nothing else..I posted the link in this thread I think..I'm not home right now, and behave I'm under a def xda acc on my phone..but there is a link on the net where you can download just that file
