New to the forum. I'm about to purchase a Samsung Galaxy S2 in Hong Kong.
I was wondering if this phone will work on AT&T's network, namely their 3G and their 4G frequency. It'll be quite pointless to get this phone if I couldn't utilize it's speed.

I am thinking of buying Galaxy Tab 4g (Verizon) from ebay to use in New Zealand with vodafone's 3g sim. Will I be able to use it with 3g sim?

I'm going to assume this is the same variant at AT&T in the US, I know the frequencies for 3g and LTE are the same in most other phones...
Hi I red a thread about the T-mobile s2 having lte capable speeds and when I installed the skyrocket kernel my phone (Koodo S2X SGH-T989D) i had no service and my sim was inserted, but for other users using tmobile s2 it worked and now im stuck with no service
I would like to keep the skyrocket kernel because of LTE speeds

Yes, it will work without any issue.
Info: SGS3 3G Frequency are 850/900/1900/2100 and at&t 3G frequency in US are 850/1900.
