You call the french by dialing 1-800-Frenchies!
System settings, date and time, uncheck automatic date and time, set manual time. For french, go in "Language and input"?
No, I misspoke,
I would just shift the clock that is in the center, and put it right.
And I would change the language of apk phone remains in English.

well bumping your topic aint going to solve it
just wait a bit v10 as only just been cooked by criskelo and is less then 24hrs old wait for the mods to become available as there is some changes in the files so all the themes need updating including the clocks etc.

I've just installed build 23045 on my Polaris. It's a lot faster and nicer to use than the earlier builds.
Anyone working on this build for the Iolite?

I have already built one wwe and one greek. I just haven't test the wwe version because I use the greek version. But if you want to test I can upload the wwe version here.

Oups, sorry for that I confused the versions. I haven't build yet 23045. I have 23409.
I didn't have much time to search and find dpi96 resolution files for that version.

I installed it last night. The scrolling etc. is a lot smoother but I noticed a couple of "bugs".
- The background light seems to have a life all of it's own
it keeps trying to adjust the background light by mostly turning itself off. I disabled the automatic adjusting and set it manually but this doesn't seem to have any effect.
- The screen I get when turning it off is in Greek
- The RSS app crashed the whole screen when I was closing a channel

For the screen light, you must configure g-light(automatic change lightness depended on light sensor), you can find it in programs.
For the greek screen I don't know, but it's strange cause, I choose english when I built the rom and is supposed that didn't used any greek language file.
I don't use RSS, but I think that will be a general fault for this build and must exist and in greek rom that I'm using. I'll test it.

No, RSS works fine for me. I don't now what goes wrong, cause the english rom is identical with the greek, I'm using(I didn't change anything exept language).

I've turned off g-light. It's better than before but the BG light still seems to adjust itself ocassionally.
I've had the screen freeze on me a couple of times now - it seems unrelated to RSS. The screen does sometimes pause for a couple of seconds - not sure why - I haven't been able to reproduce it successfully.
I can live with the Greek shutdown screen - if I slide the top entry it shuts down for me and that's all I really need
Now I understand, you mean the slide2shutdown program(opens when press and hold the power button). You can change the language, just search in the forum for its thread and you will find how. English and francais languages included in Program Files\Slide2Shutdown\Lang folder.

Any chance of getting something like the MegaLite ROM with one of these newer builds? I liked the HTC Today screen and the other functionality.
I'm finding it difficult to warm up to the standard WM 6.5 Today screen ....there's something clumsy about it on a small display.

Thanks for the upload, dancer!
After installing I was getting a "pop up" XML error in the middle of the screen which I couldn't get rid of so I downgraded to a earlier ROM again.
I don't really know enough about all this to try to troubleshoot myself so I will just wait for the next version.
I had this problem sometimes. If I find enough time for flash and test, I will post a working link.

Hi there, so i started a while ago to make clock to center and add new icons for battery.I tried everything and no matter what i do i aways get SystemUI disappeared.I`m on stock ICS LPQ.If anyone can help please.

Actually nevermind. I found it on the Swype forums (didn`t even know those existed)
You can still use the manual add method: just tap the word you want to add and press the Swype key. You'll see the "Add [word] to dictionary" prompt appear. Just tap that prompt, and BOOM! Word is now in your Personal Dictionary.

Not always, if it has special characters -it won't give you the option of saving the word. E.g: I removed .com from the default dictionary by accident, tried to put it back in and I can't.
Also I always use the " - " dash in text messages etc, it used to have a shortcut going from space, to the - key and back. But that's been removed.
If there's any way to edit this stuff, I'd be stoked.

Yes, but it is a bit annoying. Basically, select the word you want to add, then hit the Swype key. However, to add a word you have to have the keyboard open...
I find the best way is to email myself a list of words I want added, stuff with punctuation in it that you can't add normally etc., then open that email on your phone/tablet, and hit forward or reply so that the text you want to add is now editable and the Swype keyboard is open. Then, select the things you want to add (one at a time) and hit the Swype key on each one. It is annoying and slow, but does work.
if u just clear data and the uninstall then reinstall the dictionary starts working for some reason, at least lets u add ords

i managed to flash your rom Google beanz succesfully...just now now i saw this, very big font in dialer screen all the numbers are not visible...
i'm very sad it looks like .... after 6 digits....:crying::crying::crying:
All mobiles in my country has 10 digit number ans the country code is +91
when i receive unknown call it must show with country code...so i couldn't see all the numbers..
actually i used to remember the unknown numbers with their last three digits.. but for now i couldn't see last four digits in screen while receiving call from unknown number...that's very sad.........
my friends also had an idea to use this rom but after that dialer bug in my mobile, my friends started to think whether to install this rom or not...
if you could fix it we 6 peoples use and enjoy your rom...

How much did you pay for my ROM??? The last time I checked $0.00 so stop demanding the fix I am not an expert in everything I do this ROM to learn more about Android if I say i'll try that means nothing is certain, you got a problem with that stop using my ROM or pay me and I'll triple my efforts, no pay no demand are we CLEAR!!!

Hello Everyone
Im using a dark theme and whenever Im going to make a new message that I need to type in the contact number, Im having a hard time seeing it coz the numbers font is also in black. I tried searching the setting trying to change the font color but cant find it. To make my self clear I attach a screen shot of it. Hope there's a setting to change it as I like the theme Im using. Thanks you.
