I'm new with smartphones with android.
And i wants to learn android developing (learn to make apps) and i wants to learn how to make a own rom.
Who knows where i can find good tutorials for beginners ?
Please tutorials in dutch (i'm from belgium) buth english is also good.

Well for ROMs a good starting point is editing the ones thqt already work in dsixda's kitchen.You can find info on that on google.As for making your own rom you first need to lewrn to use linux( if you don't have any experience with that) and then its down to compiling. I will give you a full guide to thwt tomorrow when I'm on my PC.

The Raph is generally considered to be alot similar to the diamond when developing ROMs and changing stuff, take a look in the diamond forum. Not alot of devices around to test the Raph stuff yet sir.

I just built the WM's ROM,and know something about the ROM build ,but i don't know the linux at all,so when I want to build the ROM of android ,i have no idea ,and i don't know how to do and what to learn first,so i want to learn something from you who can teach me what should i do and learn firstly.

Well seeing many developers at my age (15) It makes me want to be a developer myself .. One thing ; I don't know jack about android coding .. So I'm wondering where do I starT? What are the Minimum requirements to be a Dev? What tools Do I use ? I know that I might need a linux partition and I'm actually downloading UBUNTU Right now.. So If any Dev can point me into a direction of 'how to code for android' or something like that, that'd be awesome!

To properly develop a rom you will need A linux box (but a partition will work for some of it) Need to know c+ and java coding as well as being good with using linux.
What's a Kitchen Though?
I remember Using a online kitchen for my Galaxy Spica to make a Samdroid mod ... Is it like a easy making rom thingy?

The android kitchen is a way to make simple mods to a custom rom. IT will not do all the work for you to make a custom rom that is not just another modded rom. Do a search for android kitchen on XDA and read up on it. There is not simple way to make a rom. You can make a customized rom or translate a rom (MIUI) but neither of these is making a rom. If you trully want to make your own rom you will need to learn java and C+ coding

Hey bud, The question has been asked like a thousand times on xda, lol. All possible resources for android development are discussed, linked to, or otherwise present right here on XDA. Use the search.
Backup plan try this: Look up toward the top of the exact screen you are looking at right now. Click there. If you get lost, see the attached screenshot.

can anyone help me ? i want to learn ROM editing (GUI, FONTS, APKs etc ). can anyone provide links the tools needed? (APK tools, &zip, etc.) i have few knowledge in android. but i cant move forward on making my own ROM. i've seen links of tutorials but i think i might get mess because application's compatibility to my phone.
My phone : GT-S5282 (galaxy star duos)
