i have looked all over i was trying to find a way to get rid of the icons in the dock like phone and all that and replace it with words ....is there anywa y to do this?
yup. I use ADW EX as my launcher since it allows for custom icons. I believe launcher pro does too. I use Simply Text to make the icons.

Multi Picture Live Wallpaper fixes it too. It is pretty common with Android.
Disable the option Normal/Portrait Wallpaper in Go Launcher Preference. They fixed it from version 2.58. Other launchers are ****e on that issue.
What about other launcher like Touchwiz 4 and 4.5?

I was just looking for some good background wallpaper for my Atrix. Tried many but Atlast chose the ICS Default Background. Then I thought it'd be very good for others if we can get each one's default background. It'll be a good archive for rocking wallpapers for our phone.
So I'm starting. I use this ICS Wallpaper as my background.

Just curious about your screen shot.. your notification bar looks tiny! Are you using an app to change the density or something?

Its the battery saver ROM. It has a 320 DPI so it makes everything very small.
