Well , Some Time Ago , I bought my Gtab 10.1 , and continuously i install and delete some apps , but in the last weeks , my tab is very laged , im gettin' boried , i use ADW Ex because Touchwiz Sucks ,I want to install a new ROM in my tab
Any recomendations . Actually i want a rom with honeycomb UI

Task 14 has one issue though: it's still touchwiz UI, not honeycomb.
If you want to have a vanilla honeycomb experience, you need to flash a ROM with Android 3.1 (a quick search resulted in this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1335575&highlight=3+1 but note that I have not tried this ROM myself).
If you really want a Stock Android, you could also go with one of the ICS ROMs that are available, such as CM9 or AOKP. These ROMs do not have a working camera, though. So if you need your camera (FFC or RFC), you'll have to stick with honeycomb for the time being.
AOKP all the way dude, the camera on these things suck anyway.

I just purchased a gtab last week.I was prepared to install a custom rom after reading all of the bad reviews. I can't find anything wrong with it yet. Did they make some improvements?
You can keep the stock rom just replace the stock Launcher with ADW Launcher EX or VTL launcher, it will complete change the feel of the tablet IMO. if you want it to run faster read up on Pershoot 1.4Ghz kernel for the Froyo and install it

I don't know what ROM you are on, but the current stock ROM is better than the original. If you are happy, stay with the ROM you have. If you want to play Plants vs Zombies and your ROM doesn't support it, try Vegan 5.1.1 (old school custom ROM, not flashy but it works well).
Like tsukaza said, a launcher can change the appearance/interface of your tablet without changing the ROM.

I get the impression that Cyanogen 7 is best by general opinion. Is there any others which I have overlooked?

Yes, cynagogen is the bestest. I use it many times and ist gut.
it depends on what you want if you want true android experience than you should go for cyanogen mod or if you like TW than go for OMEGA ROM
CM7 for AOSP or for TW based, I would say touch x power, villian, or leomar's.
Best ROM threads are subjective..........
Best thing to do is take your time to read ROM threads and make a backup of ROM using then flash away find what ROM/Radio suits you best.

I hate touchwiz, i find it so damn ugly, ics looks so much better to me but samsung never releases their propietary drivers and we're stuck with half working aosp roms, so the only solution i can come up with is use the stock samsung ics firmware but get rid of their apps ( gallery, dialer, samsung apps, email client, read hub... ) and then install on top the stock ics apps, is it possible or will i break something?

I've recently installed the ParanoidAndroid ROM and I loved it but there is one problem. I miss many apps, especially the SENSE CAMERA. I HATE the stock ICS camera..
So well, I've been wondering if you can just install the (taken from another rom, like predatorunity or mwakious) apks, flash a .zip or if there are specially ported versions..
I think this would not only make me happy

Huh... you want a rom built by samsung but that has absolutly nothing samsung made in it? Not sure how's that even possible
There's only 2 ways to go, from what i understand:
- for absolutly nothing related with samsung your best bet is any rom compiled (and modded) from google sources like CM10, aokp, slimbean, etc
or
- any samsung based rom with those aroma setups that allow for the removal of just about anything before installing. In this sense you'll be good with just about any rom you pick since all seem to have it But you'll still have samsung stuff in it since they built it, not sure if there's how to go round that

Will i am new in this android world and in really early stages in modding and flashing ,but the android modding so far is similar to what i use to do with Windows Mobile bck in the days ,it was possible to get stoke WM rom and install it in just any device and build whatever on it
