Pop up Play app running on my xperia arc s.
Video : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Kk2SNlC4zc
Same as pop up play in galaxy s3, so you need not to waste alot of money and buy s3, just to get that feature because probably google market have all of it, its just you have to be lucky to be able to find such apps and enjoy such awesome features .
Easily available on market for free with name of "Super Video, Floating and Popup"

Do you think the SGS2 will ever get the Pop-out video player like the SGS3?
Would also like to see the SGS3 music app aswell
Would be awsome if it could
Dude, if the Galaxy S2 doesn't get the new TW officially, it'll get it with some custom Rom. I just wait.
I hope they could get that video thing which takes every picture/frame of whatever ur taking a vid of (idk what it's called) but i find it reeeeally awesome

Cool lets hope
Yeh that would be nice also
Then when everything is ported over to the SGS2 there might be a SGS3 housing to finish thing off PMSL

I think this is NOT going to happen, because it's NOT possible. AFAIK a camera with zero shutter lag is required for that.

Does anyone know if there is a market enabler solution for rooted S3 owners?
Lots of games showing as incompatible that I reckon will work with the S3 but now way to let the market download them.
Any ideas?

Anyone?
I realise that this is just being super impatient and no doubt these games will have S3 compatibility built in soon but all the same I have rubbish patience skills!

have been looking for the same thing, I think the lcd density modder pro app will work, as you can temporarily modify the dpi to 240, or hack the apk to pretend it's a 240dpi phone, then install the apps as normal from the market... then obviously switch the dpi back again. I haven't tried this yet, due to the fact I don't want to mess with my lovely 320dpi yet
It would be most handy wouldn't it. I am assuming it is something about how ICS works than means there are no easy market enabler apps out yet.
Omega v6.0 has market app enabler in kitchen files new to the s3 so don't know what its for or used it but its there

It's only used for outside-US country restrictions.
OP, I think it's just a matter of editing build.prop and clearing the Google Play data and cache.

it's probably the normal app, if so it doesn't work on the market version we have installed on the s3.

to teach you:
it spoofs your market to make it think you are on a different network/phone so you can get apps that are technically not supported for your country or phone model.
So this app is it only if you have the Omega rom or can you use it on any rooted S3?
Well no joy. Installed Omega rom (glad I did about time I got a custom ROM on my phone!) and I can see the option for Market Enabler but it doesn't appear to be able to download it?
Has it been removed form the play store?
I missed Lenny's post 7... D'oh! Should really read threads properly!
Oh well then looks like patience is the order of the day. Anyways well pleased this thread ocnvinced me to install Omega... is boss!
Can it be ported to our Note 2? Would work perfectly with our BIG display, wouldn't it?
If not, are there any Play Store alternatives?

Good news!
Small apps can be ported (at least partly) as i did yesterday...and bad news. Damn alot of work. So i dunno if its worth it. There is too much to edit and there are not many small apps around there.
You will find alternatives from playstore for example by searching (floating apps).

lag
With the new play store app, did anyone notice a lag while it generates the various images for the new card based design layout? The earlier play store was so much more smoother...

I am using the new Play store on my Nexus 10 but use the older version on my s3. My S3 lags so much when I use the new version. Hope the new version gets faster over time...
Ok im using the new play store on two different user accounts. On my secondary account it works fine but on the primary one it opens and then quickly close without even bringing up a message. When i clear data from it it works but as soon as i close it and try to open it again i get the same problem again. Can somebody help please? Thankyou

The new version is laggy and choppy as hell, I hope the fix this with an update soon.
Can someone post a screenshot please?thanks

^^ i agree, a screenshot of the main play store page would be great, all i've seen is the books screen from google.
Actually there's a new version, 4.0.26: http://www.mediafire.com/?u7j4fci64ajr4kj Check it out on a video using GS4: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DxGsnBUP-0A
Odd... my Galaxy S2 has updated to the new Play Store by itself but my Nexus 10 still hasn't. Any reason for this? I thought it would've been the other way around?

Google play 4.0.27 http://androidfilehost.com/?fid=22926241640219602
This is the Sketchbook app made specifically for the Note 4. Thanks to @Conito11 for the original share!:good:
Anyways, I wanted this for my Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet, so...here's another app for the App & Themes section
I can't post the apk, but it's on the Samsung Apps store. Look for Sketchbook for Galaxy. Tgats, the one that came with the 10.1 (2014), which I also have.
calebcabob said:
I'm just looking for the stock apk of Sketchbook Pro which is different from the one available in Play Store (at least I'm 99% sure). My Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) came with an exclusive version of Sketchbook, so I only assume the same is the case for the Note 4...and with a newer version...?
If someone can share the apk here, I will then test it on a non-Samsung device and if it works, I will change this post to make the app available from OP...with credit to you of course.
Thanks for your help!

Hey, thanks a lot!! :good:
10x alot
Recently, when I try to launch the app, it asks me if I want to update the app and if I say yes, it loops and installation that never ends...
Is there a new version ? Does anyone have the new apk ?
The Sketchbook Pro was dropped like a year ago. It's replaced by the free Play Store version. This one is barebones and lacks a lot of options but if you buy the pack available in Sketchbook's store It will have the same features as the Sketchbook Pro. The main differences are a brand new UI and the posibility to rotate the canvas at any desired position.
