I think it came with the new update..i also have this with my STOCK ROM (DDLE1)...
Update your phone and u'll get this...

US not UK.. will work.. just checked
its working on every rom just select your language to us english and type the full number then you notice it divided in to two parts

well in order to post in the custom rom section u need to reach the minimum 10 posts as per XDA rules if i am right
and regarding the "call is waiting" well in some custom roms u wont see the same popup

Here but remember, is not a flashable .zip, you have to replace this icons with yours, sign your .zip and than flash

no problem, click reply, than wait till the box show (done reload), than click Manage Attachment (below icon selection, there was a bow titled "MANAGE ATTACHMENTS", than upload ur framework-res.apk. After finish upload, click Close this Window.
