there isn't a WM 5.2
There is a WM 5 if that's what you mean but that's old, WM6+ is superior in every way
There is a Windows CE 5.2 if that's what you mean? that is the core of what is used for WM 6

+1 (with qualification) ...WinMo 5.x was a disaster. Use it at your own peril. You inevitably, will be disappointed with it.
WinMo 6,x fixed the flaws, and WinMo 6.5 is the best of that OS's offerings.

Last week, Microsoft has officially unveiled Windows Mobile 6.5, is now the first customers to come with older devices to the new system: HTC takes Windows Mobile 6.5 for its models snap, 2 and Touch Diamond Touch Pro 2, which is identical to the Touch Pro 2, T-Mobile MDA Vario V also receives an update. According to HTC, this is the only smartphone with Windows Mobile 6.1, which are getting updated.
Toshiba also provides for its Windows Mobile-based Smartphone TG01 an update to version 6.5 available. All updates should be conducted with fully charged battery, to be re-established after the update has the smartphone, also all installed in 6.1, applications are no longer available.

I wondered, whether the Software/ Firmware could be used, to be installed to Nike200. Possibly, there need to be made some changes, for example the checking of the phone type.
Maybe, somebody could perform the adaptation for the Nike200?
Thanks in advance!

I have the question, because I love the Sense interfaz of HTC (most the Android version, but the Windows Mobile 6.5 of HD 2 is also cool)
So coul it be possible to have the Sense version of Windows for HD2 in Toshiba TG01??
I´m asking this because both are WM 6.5 and both have Snapdragon hardware.

Now that we got a HardSPL i think it's time to develop android for S740
There is no Android for smartphones only for PDA with touchscreen
Never ever android on my htcRose...
I had the android project on my htc herald -> terrible
- no working sounds
- no phone supported
- 5min startup until pin mask
I think the android should stay on the "SPY" devices were it is sold...

Who knows? as just recently a china phone runs on WM6.5.
Is there any chance to have WM7 on HTC Mega?
I dont think so, Windows 7 needs more powerful phones than Touch2.
