I'd like to get the US variant rather than the international one for the extra RAM and would like to know which ones are compatible with European GSM networks. So far it looks like either AT&T or T-mobile, any thoughts?
ATT is the way to go. T-Mobile doesn't use the same high speed data frequencies as Europe.

ATT has the 4g support so that one. Dos the processor differ from international model or just the ram size?

I have a i9305t, Australian version from Telstra. Everything I have read, seems to suggest that this handset has the Exynos Quadcore CPU, with a separate, off-chip LTE modem.
However on top of the handset there is a small Qualcomm 4G sticker.
Why is this there if it's a Sammy processor, not Qualcomm?? Is the LTE modem Qualcomm?
I am pretty sure most LTE modems are Qualcomm. This is the reason that all LTE phones to date really had Qualcomm processors because they wouldn't build the chipset or something for Exynos' and Tegra's.

Well, as far as I'm aware, the LTE (4G) version, of the Galaxy S III has the LTE chip, on the Quad-Core processor..
If I'm wrong, which your thread is sugesting, then the LTE modem is most likely from Qualcomm, after all, it's not exactly like Sammy and Qualcomm are competing, like Sammy is with Apple, so that being said, I'd just ignore it. As long as the device is working and functioning like it should, you're alright!
Hope I could help!

By now, DoCoMo should have released the... greatest Samsung Galaxy SIII Alpha SC-03E with a Galaxy Note II brain (1.6GHz quad-core Processor) trapped within a Samsung Galaxy SIII body...
DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW I CAN PURCHASE AN UNLOCKED VERSION OF THIS BEAUTY?
Thank you.
You can found this phone on Kyoex or ebay. . .
Otherwise you will have to go in japan and buy one in a docomo shop

According to Samsungs website, the G850F/International one supports the 2600 LTE band (B7)
This is from the UK Samsung site, and in the UK we get the International SM-G850F model.
