Install as normal apk, Even I don't no why equalizer is not working. Othr's have askd the same question to Doomlord on the OP,he hasn't replied yet.

because doomlord didn't provided soundenhancements.apk of xperia s ics update,install dsp manager and it will start working.But atm no clearbass :/
aanyway I'm kinda concerned why it need sms reading permissions wtf walkman or any music app needs rights to read sms ?

DooMLoRD has already posted the additional files (libs, audio_effects.conf, soundenhancer.apk), there's even a flashable zip on that thread...
Can someone port them to our devices?
EDIT: Tried flashing this, but sound enhancements give me FC everytime... Tried deleting original libs and replacing with new ones, but no sucess... lets wait 'till a blessed someone ports it
They work, check the iscream thread, not as complete as the gb one, need some framework and permissions files, also curiously srs is missing

Flashed the zip via recovery. Opened build.prop and found no such code as " ro.floatingtouch.available=1" .

Sola has the same touchscreen as neo?
(But if not, Cypress says at its webpage that the 3-series TrueTouch is also supporting the "hover" thing.)
I have Xperia sola Browser...but it FC when open it...thought it need the floating touch thing...

Already did...but still FC...
This isn't going to work on any phone but the Sola, floating touch is both a hardware and a software technology AND it needs to be supported by each app, so even if the Neo could handle it there's no apps that support it except for the Sola browser.
Here's a full description of how it works.
well according to what it says in the link u posted, i think the required hardware is just multitouch capable screens..
“By leveraging on the existing capacitive touch sensor, and lowering the threshold for touch registration, it will be possible to differentiate between floating touch and “normal” touch"
We should wait until they release the APIs, as they said...

This works for ICS/GB XPERIA SOLA/GO/P/U/S/T/V/J and more!
I have tested this on SOLA with ICS and this should work for all phones,
but it works 100% for the Xperia 2012 and 2011 models!

Step1:
Download, extract to 4 files + Xperia Play app!
Step2:
Use a root file manager(recommend ES Filemanager).
Put playstationcertified.jar and xperiaplaycertified.jar to system/framework,
and the files com.sony.android.playstationcertified and com.sonyericsson.android.xperiaplaycertified to system/etc/permissions.
And Xperia_Play_Launcher.apk to system/app
Fix permissions rw-r-r for all 5files above when you put them in their locations!
Step3:
Now reboot and ENJOY!
If the app doesnt show up or work...
Boot into CWM and fix permissions then wipe dalvik cache!
Still doesnt work? Wipe the Xperia Play app data!
Myths:
It can improve performance of ROM and free RAM a little, that's beacuse of some comends/scripts.

It "boost" some special games (Xperia optimized e.g. Muffin Knight, Galaxy on Fire) per scripts from Sony
Result is lil more free Ram for faster Startup and loading for those games.
I had it on my Arc and X10, i found it good for gaming.

Redownload the files, extract 4files from file.rar. Put all these files in their right position, manually give them the permissions RW-R-R. And replace the Play.apk again and put the permissions RW-R-R. If this doesnt work then i have no clue what you could do.

Hi friend , Below in the attachment is the camera apps from xperia gx which can be ported to xperia line running ics 4.0.4. I've
tried it on stock Ics firmware in xperia s and xperia P and it worked flawlessly (may work on other xperia line device but it should be on stock ics firmware 4.0.4)) . U can instal it as regualar application. I found that compression is
somewhat reduced, ie i got image size in the range of 2.7 mb- 5mb and hence i found more details. Secondly i found focus problem improved
compared to our stock camera. Please check it and let me know . Works only in stock ICS. Before installing this application please back up
first. Instal it as regular app.
Friend key to note: After installing this two .apks clear data from both camera and 3d camera . Setting- Apps- All -camera and 3d camera - clear data
And also friend i'm attaching flash player from xperia gx Ics version as we all know it has preinstalled flash player. This works great in our xperia s.
I'll look at other things in xperia gx and also xperia v ( which i'll get on december 5) that will work with other xperia lines
Update 1 : Editing build.prop for better camera , video recording and Jpeg quality.
Add this 3 lines in build.prop in ADDITIONAL_BUILD_PROPERTIES
ro.media.enc.jpeg.quality=100
ro.media.dec.jpeg.memcap=8000000
ro.media.enc.hprof.vid.bps=8000000

So finally we have working 'download music info' for unlocked bootloaders..all thanks to Till-Kruspe for porting the new walkman and media apps and to DavidMKD for taking it further and porting the xperia t media apps with working 'download music info' for unlocked bootloaders..
This mod is for people on stock ics rom and using walkman and media ports from Till-Kruspe and few other available here on xda..Those already on the mod by DavidMKD no need to flash this..this is a standalone cwm flashable zip for those on unlocked bootloaders having problem downloading song data from GRACENOTE,plz dont flash this if this feature is already working for u..so here u go..
1.Download the cwm flashable zip here.. https://www.box.com/s/pkle7zfrylkweu1joiad
2.Make a backup of your current rom..
3.Boot into recovery and flash the zip..
4.Wipe cache and dalvik..
5.Reboot and you are good to go..
P.S. - I repeat this is not my work,i have just compiled it to help more people like me having problems on unlocked bootloaders,and all credit goes to Till-Kruspe and DavidMKD so please be thankful to these developers and support their work..

No point in closing the thread mate. Many of us who downloaded TK's port were stumped to have a non-working Download Music Info due to unlocked bootloaders. Now, no one usually (that includes me) would like to download the whole package again just for one stupid erring app. So just a solo Edit Music Info app for the purpose would be a whole lot simple, don't you think so?

Hi, I'm new user and will not let me post in the appropriate thread HD Ultimate 2.0.3 for Xperia Neo V.
I'm testing the Ultimate HD 2.0.3 rom on my Xperia Neo V and the truth is that it is very light and fast, but I have a little problem. Do not let me send anything via bluetooth, but not activate it gives me the option to send in any application. I installed the rom several times always with the same result. With other roms bluetooth working properly.
Any idea as it can be?

Try a Bluetooth apk from some other Rom or stock Rom and place it in system /app and give permissions
