Over the air, go to settings, about phone, software update !!
I download it, he install it but then says it cannot install, wtf is that?

my OTA completed. it was 20MB big got 4.0.4 blabla AND MOST OF THE BLOATWARE BACK. meh god bless root
also my PCC asked for a update.

Oh yes finally ! I get ICS 4.0.4 rooted on locked bl, so not needed to unlock the bootloader, i repair my neo v with pcc so i was back on clean 562, rooting and doing the OTA , ICS 4.0.4 is flying damn !

There is no direct way. Only by root-ing .562 and doing OTA update.

I dont know if you seeing it, but when you turned wifi on, he got then a directy connect, wow thats way better on ICS 4.0.4

The official update isn't available here in the UK and I updated flashing via wotanserver. So I'll have wait until a root method is compiled by one of the xda members.
