When i tether on wifi hot spot or usb tether to my laptop (my friends connect their iPods and phones to them all the time and i never get compaints) it redirects what ever page i want to go on to a T-Mobile page trying to get me to pay for tethering. I can easily get around it with a proxy but sometimes i can't use it. Is there anyway around this?

I'm running virtuous prime rom. So rooted already.
I want to get my TFP to work with my company's Vpn. I really don't know where to begin. I know iPhone users use junos pulse app and they are OK. What do you think I need to make TFP to work?
I got my VPN to work with OpenVPN which this developer has an app for in the android market:

i'm not sure about the rom but, for the stock rom there is a setting for VPN in the settings -> More... -> VPN

My phone doesn't go into extended CDMA (Verizon) service area. It completely skips it and goes into Roaming Service. My old phone would pick up the extended service no problem, and actually never roamed, but it was CDMA only.

Is there any way I can force Extended over Roaming? I would hate to be charged over this... We have WiFi, but it's not the most reliable because of where we live. I used to be able to pick up 4g Extended, which is faster than our WiFi anyways, and I would love to get that again!
Thanks for all the help, I really appreciate it!

Hey
4.4 Stock Rom is great and I have same performance with custom Android L & M roms except multi tasking. But I have a really annoying issue on the rom. I use a vpn program name is your freedom(https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=de.resolution.yf_android&hl=tr) And I use it to connect mobile network. But when I active it phone gets so laggy and when I screen off I can't open the screen again it stucks! Sometimes I can open it but sometimes I can't open.. So can you please download that vpn app and test it? I need it so much to connect internet.
Note: You have to see the key icon to understand that your freedom is active.
Note 2: I use "DNS Mode" to connect internet.

So, I recently unlocked my X Power to use it on FreedomPop. It works but one problem I keep having is that the Messaging app you need to use for it loses SIP permission.

I turn it on and come back late and it is disabled again. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem with other SIP application on this phone or FreedomPop.
So I figured out that permission doesn't seem to apply on Android 6.0 . I downloaded a older version and it's working much better than it was. Apparently, the updates can break things so I will just use the version I have until it doesn't work.
How can it be done?
I was using TeamViewer but I've had it with them (long story). I need it primarily to remotely control my Mom's tablet and her phone when issues arise. She's not tech savvy and it's easy for me to troubleshoot this way. I'll be going to visit her later this month so if it's something a little more complicated for one-time setup it's not a big deal but I do need it to be able to start a remote session with ease.
Any suggestions?
I got Chrome Remote Desktop running remotely for her computer but I need a solution for her Android devices. It's a Tab S2 and a OnePlus 5T.
