Hi all,
I use energy rom "cookie hometab". I tried also energy rom "max sense". I know in max sense are some additionally toggle functions. Is it also possible to toggle "auto rotation" and "backlight" without max sense?
I want to set a shortcut (directlink) to switch on and off the automatic rotation. I dont mean a shortcut to rotate the screen manually. It would also be nice if there is also a possibility to do same for backlight.
Thx a lot!
Am I blind, did I overlook it or is it really just not there?
I am searching for a shortcut or widget to adjust the brightness like in the power widget on the SGS or the little nice trick where you could pull down the notification bar a little and slide to right or left to adjust brightness.
Where is it?
I'm on LE8.
Thanks
Doesn't exist so had to download 'brightness level' by Curvefish from Play. It has a widget which I actually prefer over how it worked on S1 & 2.
Still I can't believe SS haven't included a stock one.

How can I put a brightness slider in the notifications like on the stock rom. I saw one here http://minus.com/ltMjsciFFK6WF on a custom rom. I just don't know what app it is.
I really liked the brightness slider in the notification pull down on the default ROM. I have searched for a replacement app, but I could not find any that could be directly controlled from the pull down. Any suggestions?

I think several of the custom ROMs have this as an option. I'm not completely sure how widespread it is, because I don't use it (always use auto brightness). In Beanstalk it actually uses the status bar itself... Just slide your finger left or right across the status bar, while on a home screen, to adjust brightness.
Also you can add this feature via xposed framework and gravity box.

Lux is also a very good brightness control app. It has a persistent notification that allows you to control the brightness, although I found that it did a good job on its own.

I tried Lux, but it only has buttons in the notication area, not a slider for brightness control.
Heya all does anyone know how to enable longer back light on the clock? And change brightness also, would be nice
