tutorial | android safe mode-xperia - Sony Ericsson Xperia Mini, Mini Pro, Xperia Pro, A

just :
1-turn off
2-press option button and hold/in other word menu button
3-turn on

There is no such button as "Option".
It is Menu button and indeed, I got my Live to Safe mode via Menu button.
But I couldn't use it more, as I do not have any system home launchers.

When i try to get into recovery menu by pressing repeatably the center menu button, phone freezes.Any solution guys.
you enter xrecovery by pressing the back button (the one on the right) not the menu button
Actually the left menu and volume buttons will let you get into xrecovery as well. Lately I've noticed that if you press any of these buttons repeatedly, it takes longer to enter xrecovery. Try only pressing the button 2 or 3 times.

[Tip] How to access official XT910 Recovery?

1. Turn off your XT910.
2. Press both Volume Up and Volume Down key then press Power key to access Bootloader menu.
3. Use Volume Down key to scroll the cursor onto "Recovery" then use Volume Up key to confirm to access official Recovery.
4.Now you may see RED Motorola logo, wait a moment till you see the android robot with "!" triangle, please press both Volume Up and Volume Down key to access Recovery Menu.
5.Now you can see BLUE RECOVERY MENU.
6. Use Volume Down or UP key to scroll menu, Power key to confirm.
That's all.

My little bro drawn the unlock pattern one too many and now its locked with too many pattern attempts.
Unfortunately my mobile data was in OFF mode. So, couldn't connect using google account.
Tried to Factory Reset, with possible Select keys for Wipe Data/FactoryReset ::
1. Left and right touch keys simultaneously for some seconds (as listed in micromax website)
2. Left and Middle touch keys simultaneously for some seconds (seen in some threads)
3. Long press volume + key ( seen in some threads)
4. Or any other possible touch and keys combo...
doesn't work at all for my device.
SOS:: Any idea how to select the WipeData option in Recovery mode?
.
Downloaded Stocked ROM 4.2.1 and other needed drivers to Flash my device, listed in some threads in this site.
But device is not detected in SPFlash tool. How to make it detected?

bro! u r doing it wrong here's the procedure....
Switch Off your phone.
Press and hold Power button together with ‘volume +’ and ‘volume –’ buttons on the side of phone until you get two options.
Now, press the ‘volume +’ button to enter into the recovery mode.
This will make a Android icon appears on screen, press power button.
This will get you the menu options, use the volume up and down button to choose the option.
To select the option, you needs to simultaneously press two touch sensitive buttons on the bottom of your device, left button which is for the Menu and right button which is for going into previous stage. You have to do this for about 3 seconds.
Choose the wipe data/factory reset then press the enter button (left button which is for the Menu and right button which is for going into previous stage). Now, phone will get switch off and brings to its initial stage.
