I want to know what is the write and read speed of the internal storage of the Xperia U. An antutu benchmark screenshot would do.

Help Needed...
Hi everyone,
I'm new to all this Android stuff. I own a Xperia neo L and I can say it's pretty laggy. I heard about rooting and overclocking can increase phone performance but I dunno how. I heard about this Superoneclick stuff that can root your phone fast but I dunno if if my neo L can be rooted through the said software. Is it ok to root my neo L using Superoneclick? Would it brick my phone? If so, can I repair it using PC Companion? And can overclocking my 1Ghz single-core processor to 1.2Ghz cause overheating? Sorry, it's my 1st smartphone so I dunno much except from what I learned from researching. Thanks
You can't root it with that app.
There is thread in general section on how to root neo l, read it.
