Can someone tell me when ill will get the ICS update for my EVO 3d, i bought it sim free so im not tied to a network and i cant seem to find anything on the update for me

Pretty soon maybe. Until then, u can use custom roms based on ics. I would say custom roms are better than stock since it will be updated frequently.

Try to root it first before installing any custom ROM, and just use only ROM for your devices or you gonna brick it..

I believe mik has a GSM version of his Rom in his future plans, but it is CDMA only right now.

Alrite, after i root my phone which ROM would you recommend for performance and battery life, with the fewest glitches.

I would like to go back to a gb Rom until the official ics is released. Do I need to reflash the old firmware? And if so, which one is it? I just want my phone to be more stable until ics for the 3vo is perfect. Thanks in advance.

It was supposed to be this month. They're sure taking their sweet ass time. Btw, I just went ahead and installed king cobra 2.4. Works great with new radio.

Let us know what you think, I am always looking to play with new ROMS but just not sure if I can lose the Internet Pass Through feature in Sense since I work in the basement of a building
I'm looking for a original Rom, Wich is rooted...
I need the original cause I want to use my full phone, Wich all features except 3D and mhl... I'm getting tired of all these bugs in moded roms like data drops, no 3D and these things....

I've been using kingcobra3d ICS v1.6.
I have not flashed a Rom in quite a long time but stuck with this as it was fully functional.
Anyone got any ideas on what Rom to move to. I know there won't be a great deal out there but I want full functionality especially the 3d.

CoolICS if you stick with sense 3.6
YAS4 v11 if you want sense 4.1
I tested both for quite a long time.
