Before anything else. Mind to ask yourself how to READ first.
To make it simple for you. Please read rules your posting in a wrong sections.
I think its as easy as copying the rom to your sdcard, rebooting to xrecovery then flashing the rom you copied in your sdcard.
I advice you to read.

[Q] How to integrate CWM into the RamDisk.

Hi,
I create a stock kernel with OC n stuffs but what I miss is integrated CWM. Since that is not present we were installing CWM manually. which if I create a ROM and flash the system parition is wiped and won't be able to use CWM further..
Does any one knows how to integrate CWM into Ram Disk
-- thank you
I know this doesn't answer your question ditectly but untill you figure it out, you can always integrate CWM in your rom. So that after rom flash in recovery, you get CWM right away.
work around....
