You must upload 2 files: framework-res.apk and systemUI.apk.
Those files you found and get in your phone into system/app and system/framework folder.
MT15i MIUI latest.

I too tried 10 times but it's not working
you need ics appt and and edit the bool for screen led animation. and compile and delete the resorces file in keep that's all

Download the rom you have installed and copy only the framework to a flashable zip and.flash via clockwork mod ,so no need to restore backup

Don't have it at the moment. So will give steps
Extract ftft file using winrar
Then use flashtool and dump system.sin
Use unyaffs tool to extract system.sin to get folders in it.
