Hello,
I just bought my s3. A while back I read you can spoof the market location so it allows you to buy apps not available in your region? I currently reside in the middle east and I want to buy games like dead space and fifa 12. But it's nor available and I have a moral ethic against cracked apps. Any work around solution? Because my visa card is still registered in a middle eastern country so is my gmail account

I have used Market Enabler from the Market in the past.

I've always wondered if the country the credit card is registered to matters. For example, market enabler plus a non-US credit card?

Exactly what I was wondering. Will I get banned or the app made unusable because my payment will be going in a foreign currency?

Why should you get banned. No different than inserting a foreign SIM card, purchasing on Google Play and then reinserting your original SIM.

My google play account was initiated in the US has a US credit card and when traveling I am always placed in the foreign country's play market paying foreign currencies.
What about using a European credit card with a US Google Play account?

Does anyone have the .apk version of the new Barnes and Noble App. I'm considering installing CM7 or HoneyComb right on the device as well as having the SD card version. I figure with the B and N app who needs the default OS.
My problem is I'm Canadian and have a registered Canadian google account and Canadians are not allowed to install the app for some reason.
It doesn't even show up in the market. So I went to market.android.com from work, (corp in the US and my IP is US) and found it and attempted to install it that way but again I got a not authorized error.
And help would be awesome.
Thanks

Awesome, thanks
Unless you have an American credit card and billing information I doubt it will work anyway. The service is locked down to America only if you haven't noticed and will take a lot of effort to get it to work anywhere else

There is always a workaround!
I live in Central America and I'm able to buy nook books, magazines and newspapers without any problems.
You just need to install Hotspotshield (free PC app not sure if there's a mac version). Run it on your PC and it will change your IP for a US one (I usually get Illionois or NJ IPs). Then you can shop around in BN and then you can download from your nook.
My credit card is not a US one and I havent had any problems so looks like BN checks for IP location???

What's the difference between the one you uploaded and the one in the market?

Look for an app called market enabler. You can spoof your service provider making the market think your in a different country. You need to be rooted though.

Hello Everyone.
I have a GSM Galaxy Nexus and I am currently travelling in the Europe. I have a VPN on my computer so on my computer I have a US IP. When I go to Google Play on the computer, it shows me a price of EUR 1.99 for Swiftkey instead of USD 1.99.
How can I get the lower price (which happens to be the US one)?
By the way, at first it always shows me the prices in USD, and only during the check-out process it switches to EUR.
Any ideas of how to get around this?
My credit card and associated billing address on Google are all set to the US?
Thanks!
You need US credit card.

I been looking around for Google wallet alternatives since I just got my one. And saw Isis and how you need a Isis ready SIM card so I went on att.com and there weren't any. So I started searching.... It looks as if att isn't selling them anymore could they have givin up and maybe give us Google wallet in the coming update ?

Isis hasn't rolled out nationally. Only a handful of test cities. You can only access it and get a Sim card if you are in one of those markets.
Also if you're rooted, it won't even let you open ISIS.
This sucks I really want Google wallet

I miss google wallet also.. Not because it was very practical, but for the shock value and conversation starter that it was. There is nothing like using it at stores and having the employees watch in amazement!!!
