viki premiere - Galaxy S III Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

dear forum,
as i can't find in on google... i hope u guy could help...
i just got my samsung galaxy s3 and i come with viki premiere app...
as its new phone i did a format to the phone.... now the app is missing...
i tried to dl from samsung kie but was unsuccessfully...
any kind soul has the apk file line to share with

dear fren thanks for helping but i got this issue which unable to solve ...
first my kie does not have samsung app..which i google and found a thread...to ask us to change the file in pugin etc...after tat i tried my kie this what happen
i tired all way with no luk kinda sad

hello fren i am 101% sure i got the phone today ....and it was installed with
viki premiere...i am just stupid enough to do a factory reset without backing up Y_Y

hi i am from singapore
i cant find in my device...and my samsung kie not working as i google.. result came back saying kie having bug or etc

Hmm I looked for a long time but could not fine the .apk anywhere, the only two options you have is to reset to factory defaults and if it came with the system it will be there if not look for another person from Singapore and get the .apk from them

finally found the way
I have found the fix for this in samsungapss forum and it worked fine for me...
1. Type REGEDIT into the command line and get into the registry.
2. Open HKEY_Current User and scroll down to SAMSUNG.
3. Click on SAMSUNG and select clicking KIES 2.0
4. On the right pane window 8 up from the bottom you should see REGION
5. Right click on the setting REGION and change it from the US (unfortunately defaulted to), to your local REGION eg: India = IN
This will enable your local Samsung Applications store.
** Please note : Do not change/replace the AStorePlugin.dll.
It will asked for update..install the update and ur done..

i am also looking for this app. I found that its only available for their mp3 player. if you switch your device to the mp3 player and search for Viki Premiere it pop out. Now is there a way to extract apk from kies?

Are u from Singapore too? I emailed viki they redirect me to Samsung app web which unable to dl also...

Problems with the app
Hi guys same thing happened to me when i formatted my hp.
In the apps store the viki apps are not the correct version i guess.
they are losing out on many shows!
Now that i have downloaded and installed the app from the previous post it still wont work. HELP!
whenever i open the app it says fail to get data from server. please refresh..
Is anyone still using the app ?
