Hi all,
Am I the only one that cannot play GTA III on an Xperia S ?
I'm on KA07 and doomlord kernel v0.4a. Nothing more.
I can download the game in the playstore, but not more.
When I lainch the game, I have a black screen for 1 sec, and after It came back on homepage... I can't download the data, and can't play the game...
Any help ?
Tried to reset the phone?
Nop, but that's not the first time i have the problem, I've all ready wipe and format everything between two attempt.
Weird no ?
Is it working on your phone ? If yes, what's your ROM and KERNEL ?

hmmm i'm on stock 7.3 and advanced stock kernel by doom and no problems with gta here! maybe is becose of the rom<1
So you can play with stock .73 and advanced stock kernel...
This is not close to my config. I'm on KA07 and DoomKernel.
So it can be the doom kernel or the rom non ?
on my Xperia S updated to .75 firmware.
Gta 3 cant download it something with time error or so.
so i dow the data from htc desire hd, well now i have data and game work, but it lags!
plays the same as on desire hd, same FPS as in adreno 205 and 220? weird?
gta choppy, not fun to play. System panel app shoes only 1 core active, 1 off 100% da time? defective unit``?

I´m on KA07 and dommkernel 4a too and gta works!
But I downloaded the required data for gta on PC and put it on the phone.
I have installed it since stock .73 ...

-doomkernel v04a and rom ka7 : gta3 ok (playstore apk then download files with wifi)
-rom Modded xps 1.6 (when the update v2??? ) : every things ok too

For me, impossible to download the data from my phone, wifi activated or not... Weird...

thanks.. so it seems to be working for people have unlocked bootloader.. which I have.. I have oodies kernel and rom.. dont know what might be causing this.

I have it running fine on Zdzihu's CM7 Z MOD on Doomlord's bootmanager for unlocked bootloaders, it's a bit slow in going through menus but the game itself works fine
alright.. so now it no longer runs laggy.. it does not run at all..
it just forces my phone into a restart
is this bcz of kernel or rom?

Which Oodie MIUI Prime version / kernel? Link would be great... I will load it up and see how it works fresh (just load up the rom/kernel, sign in to Google, install game) for a test run.

-I flashed the default kernel (first kernel, there were 3 on the kernel page), then the rom.
-Added my WiFi network
-Signed into Google, accessed market, downloaded Windup Knight...
-Nothing else, didn't change any settings or install anything.
It randomly caused the phone to reboot each time I played it. There was lag in the part before game play, but the actual game played fine... til it rebooted. I'd have to say the rom and it don't get along... though I'm no where near knowledgeable to tell you why.
It works fine on mine stock gingerbread.

hi whats the best ics rom for mini that work close by games becuas my official rom loses multitouch in some game like max payn and also dont let me install mc3 and and ... games .uc browser dosent mach with the sites that are written by my language{farsi}{persian}
plz give me a powerfull rom with fixes

Try ExMIUI by Expeacer ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1578109 ), and Rage Kernel v3.2 ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1398910 ), I use this room and I play some games perfect with no lag

Not at all, every 3D game I played on GB just ran perfect on ICS, of course, using custom roms and kernels

thanx for your great work.
i was wondering if you could put a notification LED setting for controlling it like AOKP rom.
i installed an app inorder to control and customize the LED but beacuz of the low ram i couldn't us it.and when your ram is full the screen blackout when you lock and unlock the phone.and for godsake put a browser in the rom.

Don't use a DUAL kernel (CWM + TWRP) like MESA Hybrid or LuPuS Dual. Flash an ICS kernel like LuPuS CWM 5.x v3 (it works just fine on my st15i-Mini) via Fastboot. Download v5.1 ROM version (latest). Then reflash ROM via CWM.

When i hold the phone straight, it should be portrait - but actually it's landscape then and vice versa.
Funny kind of bug.
I wish I could've let the ROM settled down. There is no chance because it automatically reboots after 5 minutes.

Hi guys!! I have Xperia Sola with FXP 207. My problem is that some games cannot even start in order to play them. Most of games are from Gameloft. These games used to play when i had my phone on GB 2.3.7 original rom. When i did the update to original ICS rom some games like Asphalt 7 stopped working. But this problem persists on FXP 207 which i installed few days ago. Can anyone give me some help? Does anyone else had the same problem with me?

Ask in FXP thread, im only familiar with stock, or i would try and help
if u have astro file manager installed.uninstall it and try again.if u have ics installed.try asphalt heat1.3 coz 1.4 i think is not supported with sola 4.0.4

This problem also happened with stock ics rom. With stock gb i didn't have any problem.

I don't have astro file manager installed, only OI file manager. Since i had bought asphalt heat in play store, it installs only the latest version of this game. Is there any way to decide which version to install?
If you haven't tried reinstalling try it, and are these legit play store downloaded games?

I use chainefire 3d and it doesn't work for me
Real racing 2 not starting after the prevideo , Brothers in Arms 2 is with white shades and characters, all just like before without chainfire
is there certain games that doesn't work with it ?

I didn't try cm9 stock kernel , but I guess It's not the problem as the same thing happened to these games before even rooting
