Hi guys! In a few days, I'm going on a holiday, so I would like to ask if you could point out some great games which are of high quality and are quite entertaining. I've tried some, including iStunt 2, Tank Hero, Stupid Zombies etc. Please give me your opinion and your favourites.

Plants vs. Zombies, Asphalt, Atomic Bomber, and Air Traffic Control are some of my favorites. Oh, and the bridge building games, like X construct. Oh, and one more: Rocket Bunnies.

Feel free to list any games at all, as I am looking for suggestions to explore the gpu possibilities with this phone... Plus for some weird reason it seems like market doesn't have many 3D intense games to take advantage of.... I'm running all stock no playststion emukators or any other stuff.

Kwaak3 Arena
Quake 3 is the only thing that manages to use the GPU. Everything else is a iPhone ported eyesore.
Can't wait for higher end Android phones to get some marketshare so developers actually make games that use the hardware.
(I'd put PSX4Droid at 2nd, but it's a bit sluggish even on the Vibrant)

two that I fin addictive:
Speedx 3D (blazingly fast) a reflex sharpener!
Prism 3D (from same Co.) nice challenging!
asphalt 5 lol
but not really addicted to it, just for a quick race every now and then, but the best has got to be final fantasy 7 through psx4droid or any ps1 game really.
quake3droid on the market plays really well now, just like Nova. Works great with the volume rocker

The spiderman is ok in 3D. I've already beat that game on my thunderbolt so wasn't too impressed. How about the others? Nova, asphault, GT racing, assassin's creed, let's golf 3D? Have any of these just amaze you with the 3D effects? I have nova 2 and asphault 6 in 2D. Finding it hard to go buy it all again just for 3D that's subpar

I grabbed Asphalt and I have mixed feelings. It's a decent game and all that, but the frame rate is poor with the 3d effects turned on. That's really disappointing. I mean, the Adreno 220 is supposed to be boss and these games were made, er, hastily patched specifically for the Evo 3D. I guess it is rendering two scenes at 960x540, but I'm still feeling a little let down. In 2d mode it's smooth as butter and it seems to have decent replay value.
I'm not a big fan of Gameloft's offerings, tbh. They seem to cut corners and don't put out a polished product.
I would much rather a QHD optimized game with a high fps instead of a choppy 3D one. The effect's cool but definitely not worth the loss of a playable speed in games. We have a kickass processor and gpu, put it to use where it can help.
@spock, I dont think the 3D games run at 960x540, probably half that, just like the 3DS does with 3D games.

N.O.V.A. 3D is tha shiznit, loved it in 2d on my old EVO 4G, even sweeter in 3D! I'm curious about Asphalt vs GT... I had Asphalt 5 on my EVO 4G and loved the arcade-y feel (Burnout ftmfw!), but the GT Racing game looks soooo much cleaner on the YouTube videos. Anybody tried GT Racing? Thoughts?

nova in 3d is kind of hard for me to play i guess because just trying to do the controls moves the phone a bit and can move the effect around.
and when i tried nova 2 it seemed much smoother either because the game is just better or because its in 2d.
lets golf 2 is great in 3d though i really like it

Might wanna try one for urself... The 3D experience varies depending on what u like. Same with the games.

i still dont have it and i im in europe and waiting for it to be released and i have to sell first my iphone 4 wich for games is the best phone ever but funcionality is the bigest crap ever! still thinkig wich to pick GS2 or E3D
The games pretty much suck, but pictures and videos are very impressive. Especially the ones I have taken with the phone. The 3D effect is 10x better then the DS and any other glasses free display I have seen thus far. I think the poor 3D effect in the games will only improve over time.

I personally think the games look great. Maybe the 3D effect is not as good as the pictures and video but the overall graphics are really good for a phone. Some of the best looking phone games I've ever seen.
Just checked the 3D Games app.....which didn't show anything for me. oddly. But, I went to the actual wapshop.gameloft.com, and clicked "More Best Sellers" and there it was, Shadow Guardian, the Tomb Raider/Uncharted rip off. lol
So, who's buying it?

I might, I still haven't beaten any of the of the other Gameloft Games yet.
I think I'm almost done with Asphalt 6, Just Started Assassins Creed, Spiderman I'm chasing Rhino, Nova 1 & 2, etc.
Too many games.

I bought this for my EVO 4G but the 2d version and never got to really start it since I sold my evo. I may take the plunge on this one. Gonna call gameloft to see if they can do anything fro me.

Got it for free when Gameloft's Modern Combat 2 didn't support EVO 3D (spoke to Customer Support). Didn't realize it was new and all. I like the game, I just have to say that playing games with 3D enabled are a hit and miss since when you are moving the phone while playing you constantly lose that precious optimal viewing zone.
In the end, I just turned off the 3D effects. But it looks cool during the cut scenes since the subtitles and certain objects pop-out.
P.S. - judging by recent comments here, no one will reply to this

Thats like Asphalt 6 then. 3d is cool in the beginning but gameplay it makes everything jittery. I have to turn 3d off for a smooth game play.
I just bought Shadow Guardian 3D for me phone and I've sadly discovered it force closes at the beginning of the game, just as I start moving... I feel so disappointed right now, never had problems with any game before, especially bought ones, and I really wanted to play this game.
Did anyone else have had this problem? I'll mail Gameloft tomorrow and ask, but I trust XDA community more than a weak excuse which I'm rather expecting from them...
Some gameloft games are not compatible with ICS, known fact been discussed, sorry

Flashallthetime, I knew that was a problem half a year ago, I was hoping they'd fix it by now or at least somebody found a way around it... Damn it, I really wanted to play that game, now I spent the money on it for nothing...
I really doubt at this point gameloft will send out a patch as the Evo 3D is not a priority for either HTC or gameloft, most 2d games do play, call of duty zombies works fantastic

I've been playing Defender and Defender 2. Pretty addictive. There must be lot's of games I haven't tried and I'd love it. too bad my HTC Desire screen won't make me enjoy it 100%. For example, I'd love to try SimCity style, Airport City where it's a progressive game but the screen size makes things kind of unconfortable.
Anyway, Defender and Defender II, Air Control, Airport Director (love it!).
