The RAR have two update zip files , Part 2 is optional if you want init.d support for stock rom (thanks to iridaki and doomlord)
clean minimalistic version , NO fancy round battery or 5x4 home etc , just clean​
Method & Precautions:
-Make a Backup
-You need ROOT and ics 4.0.4 with cwm recovery
-Its best to install this on a clean 4.0.4 ICS
-Install through recovery
- IF YOU'VE 5MP CAMERA DELETE THE FILE SEMCCAMERAUI.APK IN THE RAR (SYSTEM/APP) BY OPENING IT IN WIN RAR
NOTE
-You can use the V6super charger scripts from the attachments and run V6 using SM Manager
-I am also providing the DSP Manager , this works great , ie wont touch the music player(if you dont want to) but other players (video) so you get everything in WOW sound
-If you've used SRS libs or beats port the equalizer in walman might not work , and trust me those are not that good in terms of bass compared to the equalizer in walkman (I tried) , so thats why I recommend to install this on a clean stock rom if possible
>AFTER INSTALL
,check if there is a folder init.d in system/etc , if not install once again
>>also install busybox (1.20.1) again in advanced install mode using by JRUMMYs busybox installer (attached - first connect to internet)

Nandroid system backup
CWM RECOVERY SYSTEM BACKUP
For safer and cleaner install use my recovery system backup

1.Extract it ,copy the files to a folder rename it "2012"
2.Now copy the folder to sdcard/clockworkmod/backup
3.Go to CWM and click advanced restore -- and restore SYSTEM only
Note:
If you get Md5 mismatch (you probably know how to fix it , still ) , go to flashtool install folder , in folder x10flasher_lib -- PRESS --SHIFT+RIGHT mouse click in any where inside the folder ( not on any file or folder),click--"open command...here"
then a dos window will appear write this code(connect phone in MTP and usb debugging )
adb shell enter
cd sdcard/clockworkmod/backup/2012 enter
rm nandroid.md5 enter
md5sum *img > nandroid.md5 enter (takes a while)
then you're good to go

No no , it will work on NEO V ofcourse ,you've a backup right , I will upload a dummy install zip with fix permissions in it , try that and tell me if that fixes it or not . bootloops are usually caused due to permission issues . If that doesnt do it you can always manually install it by parts or i will upload a nandroid system(only system) backup so that its much easier
ALSO the camera in it is for ARC or PRO (8mp) so try by deleting that semccameraui.apk from the rar by opening the rar in winrar(dont extract) and deleting it from (rar--system/app/)
UPDATE: added fix permission zip try that and what I mentioned above and give me feedback

I am sorry it didnt work out , I've added a nandroid backup method , you can try that out , but before that you'll have to backup a cameraui apk of yours and install it over what I've done.
I am waiting for others post to see if the problem exists for everyone or not.

I'll tryed the 2nd solution but when I write this line:
cd sdcard/clockworkmod/backup/2012
I have this answer "No such file or directory" :s
I'll tryed to with "cd H:/clockworkmod/backup/2012"

Did you write the first code "adb shell" , then write the code, don't write h:\.... It won't work
AND it seems that you're using an NON-stock ROM , this is for stock (ODEX ROMS) , you will not require a supercharged service file
