I've been reading around and trying to get my head around how to get this going but felt I should just ask. I want to put Dynamics 7 on my phone but I don't know where to start? Could somebody help me out? Thanks for at least reading.
I take it you have a Titan? You really will need to study up on flashing before attempting to do anything to your phone, HSPL will be the first thing to consider and then you will probably need to use the Gold-Card method to successfully flash your chosen ROM,
HSPL Thread here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1684912
Best of luck
I'm trying hspl and its not working on ruu. It cant get a connections why is that?
Also: I found these intstructions somewhere else. Is it safe to follow?
1) Turn off your HTC Titan.
2) Turn on your HTC Titan, enter SPL mode by doing so.
3) Unrar the compressed file DFT__HSPL_WP7SG1.rar
4) Go into DFT_HSPL_WP7SG1\1_SPL205\TITAN\ inside the directory where you extracted the file DFT__HSPL_WP7SG1.rar
5) Run ROMUpdateUtility.exe
6) Wait till the precedure finish to install SPL (0% -> 100%)
7) At the end of the procedure the device will reboot.
8 ) Enter SPL mode, or turn the device off and enter SPL mode again if you didn't make it in time.
9) Go into DFT_HSPL_WP7SG1\2_HSPL\
10) Run SFT_HSPL_WP7SG1_INSTALL.exe
11) Install HSPL following the istructions on screen.
12) At the end of the procedure the device will reboot.
13) Enter SPL mode, or turn the device off and enter SPL mode again if you didn't make it in time.
14) This time you should be able to read HSPL2.5.160015.3 and CotullaH at the top of the SPL screen
15) Unrar the compressed file DFT Eternity 24 langs Freedom V1 Pearl Edition.7z
16) Run ROMUpdateUtility.exe
17) Wait till the precedure finish to install the custom rom (0% -> 100% , it will be slower this time)
18) At the end of the procedure the device will reboot.
Personally I would stick with the information you find on this site, Many happy custom ROM users out there will agree, Read first, Understand, Then attempt if you are 100% sure, Otherwise you will be asking how to un-brick your phone.
I understand, then quick question on RUU am i doing task 28 or 00? It's not giving me a country error it just says my phone is not connected.
Sounds like you are using the Advanced ROM Update Utility? Are you sure this is the method recommended for flashing your chosen ROM or HSPL even? Read the HSPL thread and it says if you cannot establish a connection then use the Gold Card method, Think you need to do a bit more reading.
I asked because it says " If flash fails with error "Country ID error" you should use gold card to flash. Im not getting that error. just no connection.
Edit: when i put in spl mode it connects then goes to 4% then give me error 294. is that the Country Id?

Before you do anything else, do you have a USA AT&T Titan or EUR Titan? This is very important
It's a USA I just read about having to gold card US ones. Already ordered everything just wish I didnt have to go through all this trouble.
What have you done so far? I guess since you "have ordered your stuff", nothing yet. If that's the case, make your gold card with the EUR 2.5 ROM (get it from here) and before you do anything else, flash using the gold card method with this ROM.
That will de-brand your Titan (meaning take it away from AT&T's clutches!). Supposedly, if you have a USA AT&T Titan you must do this first or be stuck like the rest of us with 2.5 SPL and no HSPL and no way of getting a custom ROM on our device until this $#!7 is fixed.
thanks so much! Yeah ill try it haha.

first off let me start off by saying, yes, i'm a noob. i started out by reading all the posts in every thread i could. i have a x10ht that i bought at the local asian mall, not knowing that there were so many problems unlocking it
this is the second failed attempt at flashing a new rom onto my phone. i must say, i am not impressed. it froze the last time, i'm not sure where, and this time at 47%. kinda annoying when u think about it. i took the precautions and followed instructions, but to no avail
can anyone help? i'll give all the details i can...
bl 1.09
radio 1.14
old rom was 1.35
What state is it in now?
if i plug it in to the pc, it goes into bl 1.09
so, i was able to flash the old softbank rom onto it, but now i'm stuck with a japanese device with a sim lock on it(i think). i can't even set up activesync to try to update again. any ideas guys?
I don't have much xp with the ideosyncracies of the Softbank X01ht, but you should be able to build a sspl RUU featuring the os.nb of your choice. I believe you don't want to try flashing the radio ROM area but an os.nb only flash should restore the english version of your choice.
I'd look for confirmation on the above conjecture however, before trying these steps:
download the ruu of your choice and extract the signed nbh file using winrar or equivalent (the exe is an executable rar file)
use nbhextract or nbhdump to extract all the files
use Olipro's RUU builder to create a sspl RUU with only os.nb (use the 06_os.nb extracted from step 2)
flash this onto your device
This procedure should raise a lot of questions for you to research the answers to. The answers are all here I assure you. In researching, you will learn about the techniques of custom flashing for Hermes and whether they can really be used safely on your device.
Flashing the japanese ROM shouldn't have SIM locked you again. However, if it is you can research your free solution on this thread or you can purchase unlock from here.
Also: please explain what you mean by "Can't set up Activesync"
the only problem is right now i can't even access my device... there appears to be some sort of lock on it, something to do with usim and i have no clue what it says. but i can't do anything with it
Its probably saying the SIM is incorrect. You may well be SIMLocked....
You need to get it to the today screen to do sspl flashing. Try resetting with no SIM installed. the first thing you should see after the WM splash is the phone dialer saying "The SIM is missing" in japanese. Hit the cancel button which on my TyTN is the first labeled button above the green button to return to the today screen (you may have to experiment to find the right button).
i do get that, but after a few seconds, it goes to a screen where you can put in a code and there is writing on the left soft button, but you can't select it, i assume until a suitable length code is input, and it has no ok button, so i can't even get out of it... help!!!
and by can't set up activesync i mean that i can only get into the today screen for a very limited time, and activesync doesn't seem to connect fast enough, so i'm kind of stuck.
This happens when there's no SIM installed?
yes, it does. but i may have found out something. i can connect to my hermes through activesync on my work computer... hmmm... let me see here...
wow, that was an experience
so i think i'm good, i'll update you guys as teh day goes on, but i may have fixed this myself, and i feel so releived.
yes, the same usim message was coming up regardless of the way i started it up, but i had about 20 seconds of pda usage before it would come up. i got activesync working via the work laptop on the usim screen, and was able to copy sspl over, i restarted and quickly ran sspl, which got me into des's bootloader. from there, it was just a matter of running the ruu i wanted to run in the first place, WM6 .2, and voila, we seem to be back in business... but i don't ever want to do that again, so i think i'm going to flash that hard sspl... but first to test the radio's and and other features.... wow. last time the flash ****ed up on me, i had to pay this guy $30 to fix it, and tho he did, he never wanted me to know how so i could do it myself next time. screw him!!!!
thanks to everyone and their hard work on the forums here. without you, i'd be styling with a razr rather than hacking this thing apart like it was an xbox or psp....
Ok...I have been through all the posts about upgrading etc. I still have a problem and I'm sure that I'm overlooking something....but I can't figure it out on my own. Here is what is happening (it does the same thing with every RUU that I've used...the DST fix...upgrading to WM6....etc)
1. I run the RUU and let it go through its routine (extract files, verify info on pc, etc.)
2. I check the box that says I have read the readme and click next
3. The next screen appears and it has the following steps:
Connect to the USB cable (check)
Establish an ActiveSync Connection (check)
Disable standby and hibernation on PC (check)
Make sure batter is > 50% (check)
Then I check the box and click next
4. I pick the update and click on the update button
5. I verify that I want to upgrade my phone from ROM verion x.xx.xxx to x.xx.xxx and click next
6. The program tells me that I am finally ready to update...and if I am sure I want to proceed to click next...so I click next
7. As soon as I click next...the progress bar comes up on my pc and my phone goes into standby mode (no bootloader...just standby). The progress bar never moves.
8. After a minute or two the RUU give me the ERROR [260]: Connection
9. I reboot my device and repeat steps 1-8
10. I reboot my device and my computer and repeat steps 1 - 8.
Now if I leave my device connected to the usb and close out the RUU after it gives me the ERROR [260], and then run the RUU again...when it is first verifying the information on my pc (before it asks any questions and before it tells me to connect my device) it will throw the device into bootloader mode. If I try to keep running the RUU while the device is in bootloader mode it give me the error that my device is not connected. I have tried and tried...maybe one of ya'll can help me. Thanks in advance
Chris

XP
No firewall
I tried to flash the WM6 from AT&T I assume its beta
and no did not install the Olipros bootloader
Ok...I think I found out how to do this...Ya'll can tell me if I'm screwing something up.
I go through all the steps listed above until it gets to the progress screen. When it gets there I manually put the the device in bootloader mode (Power, side ok, and reset). Once I do this...the progress bar starts moving. I will let you know if this works...
Hmmmm
Its not the way it should work but if it works its ok
You should have installed Olipros HardSPL first and then try to flash an official rom. If its working then something with your download is wrong.
What ROM is on there now?
Has the phone been CID unlocked?
Oli's CustomRUU is better, you may want to unpack the ROM and put the NBH in a folder with Oli's RUU and then do the upgrade.
BTW, gerald_s is right, you should not have to do that... what you may want to do is put the phone in Bootloader mode manually (while not connected to the PC), then plug in the USB, then start the RUU. That helps some people with 260 error.
I've got the same damn issue... it's driving me crazy. I had this occur when I flashed my Hermes100 from the stock version to Custel's. After about 15 starts and reboots it took. I'm now trying to get to Vp3G's 3.60 and it continues to give me the 260 error.
I am trying to figure out how to fomat my micro, but really hoping to find a solution over cable.
Hermes 100
IPL 1.04
SPL - 2.10 Olipro
Any suggestions?
You may be trying to flash a rom that includes the radio rom. What is your device? Is it possible that your device is a new x01ht with radio 1.14 and radio bootloader 0182? If yes, then you will get this error when you try to flash a rom with this method because during the flash it will be disconnected by the radio bootloader because it is not overwriteable. If you flash using the NBH file on the microSD, it will skip past radio and radio boot and just flash the other parts of the file.

If you are running windows XP, just connect the card to the computer, open MY COMPUTER, right-click the removable disk that is your microSD and then click format. Default in windows xp is to format using FAT32 filesystem which is perfect.
The thing is... if you dont know how to format a drive in Windows, should you be flashing your device yourself?
Which Solution???
I've got a Softbank X01HT with:
S/N: HT639
SuperCID <--- result of checking by mtty
IPL: 1.04
SPL: 2.10Olipro
GSM: 1.47.00.10
OS: 3.54.07 WWE
I tried to flash with new Schap 3.54c but the process would not be done coz ERROR 262 or ERROR 302. Fortunately, after failure of flashing, my device is still normal running. Then I tried to flash radio 1.51.00.10 but I got the same above. Once again, I have just tried to flash splash screen and I got the same result too. It mean my device can not upgrade anything !
Anybody here show me a solution that help my device to become a normal device, I mean it will be able to flash anything ROM as it would be! Don't tell me READ and READ, I had read so much . And don't tell me use MTTY again SPL1.01MFG, I think that is a final solution

I forgot to tell that, I had flashed through extra memory card yet, and could be done!
But I wanna flash ROM against CustomRUU through MS Active Sync as I had used before. Can you help me
i have a problem very similar to Chris. when i check the box "yes activesync is syncronised", and then the progressbar shows up and the phone goes into standby.
i've turned standby of in powermanagement options.
my os is XP
i use active sync v4.5
and this is first time i try this.
i've read something about this bootloader, i can get there but then i cannot sync with active sync. so i kinda stuck.
have been searching the forums and this was the same problem as mine but i don't understand your solutions.
//KufrA
--Problem solved--
i did all things without activesync,
1. start phone in bootloader
2. do the install
3. wait 0% to 100%, and done.
is there a problem with active sync or why do i have to do anything with it at all?
I inherited this device from a moron. So Moron --> Moron i suppose.
I am trying to flash any rom. I just flashed Schaps 4.40. Works great. It flashed with spl 3.00 from olio.
When i intentionally put it in bootloader mode, it goes to SPL 2.03
When i try to flash a ROM, it runs SPL 1.09, then returns with error 260 ( I have rebooted and reconnected, still same issues).
I am running Vista 64 bit. I have no idea what is going on. I get the same herror when i try to run the Hardspl7 loader.
Any help or ideas are greatly appreciated.
try flashing through the microsd card, see wiki for instructions
i shoudnt have to do the workaround with the storage card, that doesnt fix the issue. Isnt there a way to get rid of my outdated bootloader 1.09? That seems to be the problem here.
how the hell would you even go from spl2.04 to 1.09?? are you even freaking sure your spl is 1.09 and its not just the sspl?
use the sd card method and install hardspl, with it, i just posted a howto in the hardspl thread. if you still dont think you have to use this "workaround" then by all means go ahead and start troubleshooting, error 260 is an open port error, search for it, the step you should take to troubleshoot are out there
I'm in the same boat, when I do flash the boot screen shows SPL1.09. If I manually enter boot screen it shows SPL2.03. It did this after I ran the olipro sim unlocker and tried to upgrade it back to hard SPL V7

It never was 2.04, it is 2.03. And i followed your directions:
"ok, lets see if i get this right.
1. download hardspl v7 from the first post.
2. extract ruu_signed.nbh and rename it to HERMIMG.nbh
3. copy it to a microsd card, make sure the card is formatted as fat32
4. download sspl-herm from here
5. extract SSPL-HERM.exe and copy it to your phone.
6. insert sd card and run sspl-herm.exe on the phone.
7. you should see the tri-color screen and then it should change to this
8. press power button to start flashing
9. reset when you get the msg that its done."
This did not work. extracted, renamed, extracted, ran sspl-herm.exe from the phone, and it goes to the spl-1.09.ds bootloader, and never changes to the other screen.
Why does no one want to fix this? How many others are experiencing this issue?
Thread has been renamed in order to classify the problem better.

Hello,
at first I like to say, that I've read lots of threads concerning freezes, false flashed roms, etc. but I don't found a thread which deals with my problem. In fact of this I opended a new thread.
What is the problem?
- The HD2 hangs up with a white screen while booting.
What things are still working?
- I'm able to go into bootloader mode (Vol-Down + Power)
- I'm able to get a USB Connection through the bootloader mode
The self analyzed main problem
- I've got a broken Radio Rom
- I've got SPL 1.42 (no HSPL)
What I've tried
- I tried to flash a Rom due to CustomRUU (Cooked & Ship Rom)
-- Effect: No success. Hang's up at 0% (I think due to SPL)
- I tried to flash a ROM by SD-Card over bottloader.
-- Effect: It load's the setup. Trys to install, but fails with the Radio part. (Radio Update failed)
- I'm able to get in MTTY an do a "Task 29". And try to flash again.
-- Effect: Task 29 works well. But flashing still fails at RadioROM Update.
- I've tried to get a connection to the WMDC and try to flash over UpdateUtility
-- Effect: The WMDC doesn't recognize my HD2. (Even if the bootloader menu shows up a USB connection.)
- I tried to get HSPL (1.42, 1.66, 2.08). I tried all versions. HSPL, HSPL2 & HSPL 3.
-- Effect: HSPL finds my HTC. I can select the version. But while flashing HSPL it stop with an critical error. (Flow: 00000006 Errorcode: 00000014)
So is there anybody how knows a way to restore my RadioROM? I tried lots of things but now I really don't know what to do.
I hope you can understand me (incause of my english skills) and that you'll have some more ideas.
With best regards,
Raffi
Lets wait for the pro's advice!
But if u can access bootloader, not all is lost.. and HD2 is not bricked
I had nearly the same Problem. The only difference was that i could install HSPL.
Something you can try: disconnect the battery for some hours and then flash from SD-Card. After some tries i got mine back to work

that's correct, it doesn't need to connect to wmdc, when they say to get an activesync connection, they only mean a usb connection. if you start the update whilst it IS connected to wmdc, the first thing it does is disconnect and then put the phone into bootloader. you are helping things along by entering bootloader yourself. a little confusing.
that being said, i suspect it won't work. i've seen a few threads where the radio prevents anything flashing, and they never seem to conclude to anyone's satisfaction.
i would probably go for the goldcard method, but you might need a working winmo phone to get the sd cid. an eveningsreading ahead of ya.

I really don't know, but I think I've got a goldcard. So I've 2 micro-SDs. With the first I'm unable to flash anything. The second I made goldcard some flashs ago. I really thought Goldcard would be only work for one flash. But with the second sd-card, which I made goldcard once ago, I'm able to initiate a flash. (But it stops at the Radio-Update.)
Question 1:
How to proof if it's a Goldcard.
Question 2:
I've heard about "JTAG". A saw that it's a piece of hardware. Are there any reports, at this moment, about successful repairs of HD2s with JTAG?
1 no idea, but i do know it stays gold until you format it.
2 there are a few threads about it, look in the tmous section, there are one or two in there too.
i thought it might not help.
have a browse through previous posts by xmoo, he has helped some situations regarding a stuck radio, though no promises.

Nice tip, but to my detriment i don't know which version exactly was the shipped one. I received one of the first HD2 in germany from tmob. I think it was something 'bout 1.43.But I really don't know. And you're sure that the original ROM will refresh the broken Radio?
is one sd card bigger than 4gb? 8 and especially 16gb cards are not much use for flashing.

Like already said, both are 2GB SD-cards.
I think the problem arised because you tried to flash a custom ROM without HSPLing (or Gold Carding or SSPLing) first.
You don't need the origional shipped ROM, all you need is to go to HTC Germany's site and download a T-Mobile ROM. You can either put your phone into Bootloader Mode, connect to your computer and run the ROM exe file or use the SD Card method.
It should flash properly and you should have the T-Mobile Germany ROM, RADIO and SPL.
In future if you want to flash a ROM, then read the chef's instructions. If you are sure you want to flash that ROM, then read the instructions again.

You must try the old-first tmo german rom that they loaded in the phone. Not just a tmo german rom!
When I had the same problem and I flashed a current rom, the problem remained until I flashed the first old rom.
Ok, I got the first and original rom. But it also fails at the Radio Update. But i found a friend of my friend who's got a HD2, too. So i'll try it with the goldcard method...
Fellow AT&T Titan owners:
I, like many of you, have been stuck on the 2.5 bootloader since September and have been working on many possible fixes posted in several forums. After no luck, I was resigned to put my Titan in the kitchen drawer and forget about it until a fix came out. 2 days ago I pulled the Titan out of the drawer to mess around with it because I was bored. I flashed a Titan TEST ROM uploaded by sh4d0w86 back in February 2012 HERE. I thought that it might help reset the settings in the phone. After flashing I checked the bootloader and it still said 2.5. :crying: DAMN!
I left the TEST ROM on the phone overnight and decided to flash stock AT&T ROM a few minutes ago, and I'll be a son-of-a-***** if it's not back to the stock 1.10 bootloader. :victory:
Maybe it was a fluke, I don't know, but I'm back to working with my Titan again. Check it out. Maybe it'll work for you too. :fingers-crossed:
EDIT: Just reflashed HSPL and custom ROM. I'm good-to-hook again.
I will try it asap, so u just flshed test rom, checked out SPL left it over night and tomorow flashed cingular 1.10 ROM? after that just regular procedure with SPL HSPL ? u flashed via USB cable all things, no Y cable?
I had to flash SPL via Y-cable per Cotulla's instructions in the HSPL Thread. But you may not need to let it sit overnight, I don't know. Maybe you can flash right away and get back to 1.10 or maybe not. It was just an unplanned event that had a brilliant result.
I hope it works for you too.

Please check out my post under debrand instructions under Windows Phone 7 development; you do not need your SPL to read 1.09 or 1.10 to successfully HSPL; it is imperative with whichever ROM you use for your device to read "HTC Titan x310e" not "HTC Titan P139100" following that first flash via Gold Card or everything that follows is mute. It is the 2nd step that will test your patience if you find yourself staring at "Entering USB Host Mode..." If following your flash of SPL205's NBH file you do not read on that screen, "Radio - OK", "Bootloader - OK", "Update Successful, UPDATE COMPLETED" your device will not HSPL on the next step. I recommend from the very beginning you rename the .NBH files to ETERDIAG (8 characters; no more) for steps 1 and 2 flashing via Gold Card. When you make your Gold Card use Quick Format; do not re-format your card following step 1; it is not necessary. I do recommend prior to copying the respective .NBH files to your Gold Card that they are renamed prior to copy. One more note..you may not have HSPL, but neither is your device a brick; SPL2.5.160015.3 is not the end of the world; though staring down a stock ROM really sucks after being spoiled royal.

This exactly. I was able to make calls and use the device as intended. Not like I wanted, but definitely as intended.
I was wanting to get back to stock SPL because I thought it was the only way to flash. The Titan forums are full of people that have been unable to attain HSPL due to the idea of being stuck on 2.5 bootloader was the cause. If your method works, that's awesome. As I said in my post, maybe it was a fluke but it seems so much easier to flash from stock. My primary device now is a One X so I may do some tinkering with my Titan soon. Regardless of how it turns out I appreciate your input into this.
R
But the now i when i write ETERDIAG i get flasing progres to start it comes nearly to end and then i get error 39 update terminated
Please Mr. berrywr Can help me ?
Pardon my English i'm an Italian Titan owner
I try your Plan B to debrand and have HSPL on my device because it doesn't go on using ETERIMG
I go on with ETERDIAG and everythings go in right way but ..
when i try to flash the renamed ETERDIAG.nbh copied from “SPL205” folder
my device don't FREEZE to Entering USB Host Mode but return on bootloader screen
i try after 15 or 20 minutes to move pointer with volume button and i'ts died no moove nothing change
only when i disconnect usb cable it's possible to move pointer up the bootloader menù
Now i try to change rom .
i start with european rom IMG_Eternity_HTC_Europe_1.09.401.02_Radio_16.23.02.09_A_16.24.00.23_Signed_ETERNITY_RELEASE
and i want follow your help and try with IMG_Eternity_Cingular_US_1.10.502.04_Radio_16.23.02.26_A_16.27.00.23_Signed_ETERNITY_RELEASE.nbh.
hope to read HSPL on my device please if someone have same problem PLEASE help me go on with my job
i write back if everythings go ok wih cingular rom but .. ok i write back
Best Regards Fabio Ducilli form Italy
This is my no means a flawless method; your problem is your memory card. I gave up on my microSD card and went to a PNY 4 gig thumb drive. There has been a common denominator throughout these threads in regards what memory card(s) work and don't work. This is the first device I have performed a Gold Card; it too is the first device I've ever own that does not have an expandable memory card slot. I have no way of knowing if renaming the .nbh file as "ETERIMG" or "ETERIMG.nbh" makes one bit of difference. I used "ETERDIAG" twice. In regards to flashing the SPL205 .nbh file...again if upon "Entering USB Host Mode" the device returns to the bootloader screen immediately, that's your memory card. If you think you're frozen in "Entering USB Host Mode" do not give up right away on your device. That said, if your device has been stuck at that screen for at least 30 minutes; it's reasonable to assume the flash failed. As I stated earlier...my wife's device HSPL was by the book; my device, I figured out it has nothing to do with the SPL being 1.09 or 1.10; it does have everything to do with your device being a "x310e". You cannot proceed to HSPL your device without your device being "x310e". I realize this is frustrating but there is a lot of trial and error as to what memory card or thumb drive ultimately works for you and in combination of what filename to use. If you begin "ETERDIAG" both steps are to be "ETERDIAG". My device and it being able to be flashed via USB thumb drive by no means implies this method will work for you and others, but it is proof as there are other threads that have been posted that confirm using a thumb drive does in fact, work. Please, keep us up to date; take care!

What I know of an error 39 is related to USB hosting. Where are you in regards to flashing your device when the error occurs; USB Host Mode or Bootloader? You need Zune running if you're flashing through your computer; I have Windows 8 Professional installed on the laptop I used to flash both my Titans. I have Zune setup on all three of my HTC devices - 2 Titan I (Eternity) and 1 HD2 (Leo). I've had no problems whatsoever with my computer interfacing with my devices to date.

Okay...your device reads "x310e"; yes? When you re-setup your Gold Card to flash SPL205; your device should have underwent at least one restart and re-entered USB Host mode and you will be looking for the following words "RADIO - OK" and "BOOTLOADER - OK" and "Update Successful, UPDATE COMPLETED"...there would be nothing more on the screen. The next step is restart the device into Bootloader mode, ensure Zune is running on your computer and connect the device to your computer. You open the DFT HSPL folder (the other folder) and you will right click the application and run it as administrator. It should recognize the device and you will select HSPL. This last step takes only a matter of seconds and if successful you will see it almost immediately.
the thing is the name changed to x310e only in phone, but not in bootloader, the bootloader remains PI39100 like i have the case, everyting have flashed as u wrote, but nada in the end, it just wont change from PI39100 to x310e, i can flash euro rom only as ETERDIAG as ETERIMG i get kicked out to bootloader

I restarted my device in Bootloader Mode; it reads as follows:
1st line: PI39100 - That's Papa India Three Nine One Zero Zero
2nd line: HSPL2.5.160015.3(137079)
3rd line: eMMC SND 15188MB
4th line: CotullaH(F:81, ID:1, V11,B:F8)
5th line: "Double Space"
6th line: Radio-17.5006.08.27 (This is the required radio for the Eburon WP7.8.8858 custom ROM).
In regards to your device reading x310e; that's good news! You're half way there. You need to have a successful second flash with your gold card with SPL205. Your device will automatically restart and return to Entering USB Host Mode prompt...it is this step you must have patience; it has to read Radio - OK, Bootloader - OK...Update Successful, UPDATE COMPLETED; it cannot be anything else or any combination other than these four.
Upon completion of the 2nd flash...SPL205's nbh file does your display indicate both Radio-OK and Bootloader-OK, Update Successful, UPDATE COMPLETED?
It does indicate RADIO-OK, BOOTLOADER-OK, UPDATE SUCSSES, but it does it rly quickly, you said u waited long, in my case it shows USB host mode quickly loading... and the >*>*>*, restart, and the following sucsses, i allso used ETERDIAG for SPL 2.05, hmm, I will try all over again today, i will try to write ETERIMG but i think it will kick me out to bootloader, by the way Happy New Year

If what you've written is correct then you are two-thirds the way there and what's left to do is connecting your device to your computer with Zune running, Your device is to be in bootloader mode when you do this, look for USB at the bottom and execute the program by right clicking the application and run it as administrator.
I did that, proces said finished and boom no hspl cotula writing......
Same problem with HSPL for me
