For the past week, I've been having some problems with incoming calls on my Samsung Galaxy S II. Every time I try to answer a call, I immediately get a "Call Ended" message. All the calls I get seem to go straight to voice mail but i don't have the auto reject option enabled. I don't have any problems calling other people and when i put my SIM card into a different phone, it works just fine.
The problem arose after I flashed the XWKJ3 firmware onto my phone. I've tried reflashing the firmware and I also tried to flash other firmware versions but the problem persists. I've spent hours on google looking for a solution but i failed to find one.
Hi All,
I'm using Samsung Galaxy S2. 2.3.6 version.
I recently ported my mobile number from Vodafone to Airtel in INDIA.
I left the phone turned 'ON' during porting.
When I inserted the new Airtel SIM after porting is complete...I am able to use DATA and all other service. Im able to receive calls but Im unable to make any calls. The screen blinks with "Call Ended" message immediately.
The new Aitel SIM works on other mobiles perfectly and only Vodafone SIM works on my mobile now.
I brought my SGS2 indepently and I can use any service I want.
Any help/suggestion?

I have an international S3 with Omega ROM V41 which is 4.1.2 and as of today it seems that I am unable to make/receive calls. It goes into the call, then 1 second later says call ended.
It happened all of a sudden. It was working fine the other day.
Does anyone know what it could be/how I can fix it?

The first step is to verify if you have a good IMEI number. In your phone dialer, type *#06# and check if the number correspond to the sticker under the battery.

I have this problem with my Samsung S3 i9300, running on it's stock ROM, the phone functionality is fine. (not using on data network or wifi)
Means phone calls are able to be made and received without any problems.
SMS can be sent and received as well, but sometimes, messages are not received!
I've switched the SIM to another phone, and then all the messages are coming in...
I've changed the SIM to a new one but still the problem remains.
Later on, I've flashed the phone to another ROM (S4 Revolution). It was working for awhile then it's happening again.
Now, running on CyanogenMod 10.1.3, it's been fine for awhile until yesterday, with over 5.3k of SMS, certain messages aren't coming in again.
Have any one of you had this issue before? I mean SMS is like the most basic function in a phone and it's not perfect on my S3!
For the record, the application there aren't any application installed prior to that problem, and there are more than 1gb of memory available.
I guess formatting the phone or resetting it would help, or clearing all of the SMS, but would I need to do it everytime? hmmm...
