GPS dead, using tweaked ICS 3.0 /w night elf kernel - Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo, Pro

Noticed now that my GPS Is dead. Guess a re-flash of kernel maybe fix it but are not home for the moment.
Anyone else have the same problem? Any tips what I can do to try to fix it without a computer available.
Tried some apps like maps, GPS test, restart the phone but nothing works.
Kind regards

[Q-I] How to use accelerometr while screen is off?

Does anyone have any ideas how to do to make it work? I want use a sleepphase alarm on my Ray.
In the section on the HD2, I found that after uploading the modified gps libraries GPS can be used while the phone was locked, so that the accelerometer may also need the modified module to work under standby mode?
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1237714
as I know MIUI have unblocked gps and unblocked accel. When I try miui, gps work fine with screen off in our Ray. (while screen off in a stock it give one fix by 10 seconds).
I mean this is a firmware limitation. Will be good if any guy learn this and remove this limitations..

GPS issue - It doesn't work on xperia x10 mini (E10i Robyn) - cm9 ics 4.0.4

Hi!
A few days ago I've posted that the GPS issue that I've found in my x10 mini (robyn) with mini cm9 (android ics 4.0.4) was "magically" solved.
But I discovered the problem persists
Let's go to the description:
A friend of mine installed cm9 on his LG P500 and reported the same GPS issue that I reported.
So, he said the apps that need location services only works if he activate all services on Location Services Menu.
If you turn only GPS on and turn google location services off, the map doesn't point to the place where you are.
The GPS feedback on the notifications bar, at the top screen don't indicate the internal GPS device is working.
So, I've turned off all services but GPS to test and noticed that the problem was there on my device too
Somebody knows what to do in this case?
If it have no solution, I'll be forced to rollback to 2.3.7
Regards,
Ronaldo.
Your exact same previous thread was locked for a reason. Same reason that I am locking this one by the way.
