I am wondering where Android might save it's logfiles. I am looking for a file where i can father information when my phone has been unlocked during the last cycle. Is there something that could help me?

I have encountered a problem,when porting Android4.0 to dell gallo which is a tablet based on tegra 2 processor. I compiled google's aosp code. It ran well on the device. But when I use CM9 code, it can be compiled well, but stuck on boot and turn into recovery automatically on the device. Could anyone can tell me why this can happen?
