i installed ka08 rom, i wiped davlik cache but when i press factory reset nothing is going on. im on doomkernel 04a .
how can i create a ext partition on my xperia s ?

i have two question. (sorry for bad english)
1) i m using 2.1 stock rom and i want to flash my mini pro to 2.2. if i back up my apps on 2.1 stock rom before flashing, after that can i restore it on 2.2?
2) in xrecovery menu before installing update zip from sdcard,must i select "Factory Reset, Format data, Wipe Cache Partition, Wipe Dalvick cache , Wipe Battery stats" or any other things like that?
i had a problem after flashing the rom a backgroung picture came up and i could't se my on lock cirkle, and i can see other have the same problem, i went to recovery mode and did a full clean and flashed a gain and all problems solved..

My methods is always perform a factory reset , wipe cache & dalvik cache for clean installation before flashing any rom. Just flashed this rom and its working flawless! Really great job from nguyenxuanhoa :good::good::good:

i did a factory reset and wipet cache & dalvik and all the things you should do but it failed the first time, but the second time its all good.

I flashed cm10 for my xperia ion lt28 !
I flashed boot.img, entered recovery and flashed rom and gapps
But I forgot to do data reset and wipe cache and dalvik cache !!
Now it's stuck on the blue circling boot screen !
Do I wait for the battery to go dead or what ? Cause I can't remove the battery..
Any help please ? Did I brick it ?
Ok.. I managed to manually shut it down..
I did a data/factory reset.
I wiped cache and dalvik cache..
Then i flashed the fxp 204 rom aoba for my ion...
Then installed Gapps.
It still keeps loading the circling screen...
Any suggestions ?
Do I flash back to another safe rom ??
i have flashed Achotjan_4.1.2_Somc_Debrand_Engine_V1.0_RC3_x10 on my x10i but now my x10 wont open i did everthing what achotjan wrote for installation. first my x10 ask first time simlock after that reboot by itself and now not open am i bricked my x10 or what can i do. sorry for bad english

Do a factory reset
Wipe Cache Partition
Wipe Dalvick cache
Format System
Format Data
Format Cache
Flash the dowloaded ROM package via CWM Recovery (the rom you downloaded in this thread)
Reboot
now phone is starting but there is only kernel amblem after that green light turn white

Hi, today i was starting too update my android to 5.0 lollipop, but some how it didn't work.
when i reboot it goes stuck on the cyanogenmod logo. i waited like for an hour long, but still it wont start my phone ;( before i wanted too update to lollipop i wiped cache and data etc... pls help me, i think i bricked my phone. is there any solution to repear it? srry for my bad english.

Go to recovery mode,factory reset/wipe data and cache partition
Mounts and storage>format system,data and cache,
Go to advance>wipe dalvik cache then reinstall the rom...
