http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=16796499#post16796499
can this kernel(thkernel and freekernel) be flashed on locked bl?

That kernel is for locked bootloader.
If it's for unlocked BL it will be in ftf file for flashing with Flashtool.!

To flash a custom kernel you need to unlock your bootloader.
See the sticky threads to find out how to do it
You'll need an unlocked bootloader. You flash the boot.img (the Night-Elf kernel) through fastboot via Flashtool.
Just incase, back up your NANDROID first before doing this.

Can I flash a stock kernel without unlock the bootloader? I want to install the .100 in my Xperia U but, to root says that I need to flash B.10 kernel and then, root or something. How can I do that? And install CWM in .100? Please, help me. I have a locked bootloader because says "bootloader unlock allowed: No" Thanks

You don't need unlocked bootload to flash stock kernels. You need unlocked bootloader if you want to install custom kernel and roms as muiu, cm10, cm9.1 etc.
This is the procedure you have to follow:
1)Download and flash via flashtool b.100 .
2)After that go here and download b.10 kernel: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=40513111
3)Power on the phone and root it using this tool: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1886460
4)After rooting, install cwm using this one: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1948455&highlight=cwm
5)After that, from the ftf file of the .100 you previously downloaded, using winrar, extract the file named kernel.sin and flash it via flashtool.
6)Done!
