Have you tried a fresh reflash of the ROM? But make sure to wipe everything in recovery before you do.

I've been on the same ROM forever and decided to try others but when I try to download it the progress meter just keeps going round and round. I've tried 2 roms and I've also tried using the browser...what could it be?

I just tried like 5 different ROMs and my phone won't download any of them...just sits there with the progress bar going back and fourth.

Well, I just deleted some stuff and it seemed like it worked but once the download gets to around 92% completed it errors out...says "unsuccessful". I tried it twice.

Go to settings<applications<find YouTube and clear the app cache and data and then try and see if it loads up.

If your rooted try removing it off your system and then getting a fresh install from the market.

I'll give that a try when I get home. After all the flashing and what not I have done.....I am surprised I didn't think of that.
