[Q] Disable "international roaming warning" popup - Motorola Droid RAZR

Hey guys.
Im on a gsm xt910 running stock 2.3.6 GB (hardly stock anymore), and whenever i use 3g/mobiledata i often get a super annoying popup saying "international data roaming press yes/no to continue roaming", this is especially annoying when driving or when somebody else is using my phone.
i know this has been asked before for GB motorola devices, but i cant seem to find an answer anywhere. all i found was alot of pissed of vzw customers :S
and no i don't want to wait for ics to fix this, i have waited for too long already. also i like my oc'ed razr as it is
anyone know how to disable this popup? or tips on which apk the code could be located in so i can fool around with it myself

Did you ever figure out a solution? Im thinking about trying to used the Xposed framework on my Razr m with 4.1.2 (rooted) to decompile the NotificationMgr.java file and change the line that calls the pop up. Let me know if you have found an easier or more successful way.

Problems with google voice on CM7 Droid Incredible

My gf's phone has been having some issues with google voice for awhile now. She's always wanted the stock incredible VVM back, but no one's ever been able to find it on other forums. If anyone has the stock VVM for the phone, I think she would like that better.
If not...
Her issue is that whenever someone calls her phone it always has different responses. Some people call and say the number is unavailable, others say it asks for her subscriber number. I've called three times now and i've had those two errors along with one that actually got through. The problem is that she isn't receiving all her calls, which anyone on this forum can attest that this is a MAJOR issue, especially while she hunts for jobs. If ANYONE can figure out a solution to this problem it would be awesome. I've searched the web for weeks trying to find a solution or even an alternate VVM, but I haven't had any luck.
I just need to figure out one of the following:
- how to get back stock Incredible VVM
- how to fix or permanently get rid of google voice
- find an alternative VVM that works decently and can get past this google voice issue.
Any help would be appreciated...

[Q] How to disable "Error Code X" notification sound?

I haven't been able to find a solution from searching online, so I thought I'd check here.
I have a rooted Sanyo Zio running Android 2.2, kernel 2.6.32.9-perf, on Ting's service (a recently opened Sprint affiliate). Every so often, particularly when in poor reception, I receive notifications along the lines of:
[triangular caution sign]
Error Code 2048:
Network Busy.
Please try again.
Error Code 3000: Server Busy is also common.
These don't bother me much, as Ting just came out of beta and is working on ironing problems out.
However, these error codes are accompanied by an annoying chirp tone, which I want to disable. I've dug through the /system/media/audio folders looking for it, and can't find it. Does anyone know where this particular notification sound is, so I can kill it?

I've contacted Ting support to see if they can resolve these errors on their end, but they may not be able to help since I've rooted the phone.
Anyone have any thoughts?

MMS issue on ICS Passion 13.1

So I hope there isn't already a ton of threads for this. I look around and found nothing, anyways I have a Samsung Galaxy S Vibrant rooted to ICS passion 13.1 and it uses the 3.1.10_ICS_KissYum_yum_good #1 Kernel. I rooted this phone from Froyo 2.2 down to Eclir then to CM7 and then ICS.
Anyways I think that is enough info but the issue I have is I cannot send or receive pictures via text. I used to be able to and I know the plan for Tmo supports it but even if I try to send one to myself all it does is say 'sending message'. I never get one in my inbox and it never gives the time of when it was delivered, or sent out. When someone else sends one to me, it shows the size of the file with a little button that says Download, next to it. Even if i turn wifi on and connect to my router then hit 'download' it doesn't do anything. I don't have the Data plan but I don't think that would cause the issue would it?
I wanted to know if I am the only one having this issue and if I am not smart enough to see the issue it if it is just a bug in general. I recently figured out how to take screen shots so I can provide those to help my vague description.
I will work on getting those. I would like to have this fixed if I can in case my family sends me pictures.
Thanks.
To send and recieve MMS you have to turn on data transfer.
Mms will not work over wifi. It needs the carrier data accessible
sent from my cell in Arkham
So i looked and i guess there was a thread about an SMS error describing my issue. And the person just replaced his SIM card and it worked. I guess if it is cheap/free i will try that.

data connectivtiy issue

new to the forum, and i couldnt find this question anywhere so SIAP...
Anyone having problems with their Samsung Galaxy S3 getting stuck with no network? The signal bar, however, shows signal and that everything is functioning fine. Im not able to tell there is a problem until i cant complete a call or send a text message. as well, incoming calls and texts dont go through. the only solution i have found to this is to reboot my phone...i run juice defender, and thats the only thing i can think that may be causing this, but not real sure...
any help is appreciated as ATT is trying to screw me..

HTC Aria rooted and running ICS CM9

I asked this in the noob section but hoping some aria users may have input for me.
I've been frequenting the site for a while now and I can't find my answer anywhere. Well I can but not for my phone. I have an HTC Aria that I recently rooted and used this thread Since then I've had few problems but I noticed today that my phone no longer downloads MMS on it's own. I don't have much data so it's always off. Before the root my phone was stock 2.2 it would receive or send MMS and it would access the mobile network even though I had it off. Now it won't send with out me actually turning on Mobile and then download a ton of messages that I have no clue when they were sent. I found this thread but my phone doesn't seem to have this CSC folder and I don't know how to search for the file. Any help getting my in the right direction would be appreciated. I really don't want to resort to having my data on all the time just to check for MMS. I'd love to get it fixed but if it isn't possible if you can point me into the direction of a different rom that doesn't have this issue. It seems like it maybe an ICS issue.
