I want to develop the eye tracking feature to the stock CM9 rom. But i don't know where are the sources (java or c) that handle the lock functionality... please somebody can point me to this? Thanks!

I've checked out some tutorials for android development, most of them used Eclipse.
So what makes it better than Netbeans for Android development? Or where is the difference?
