Hi folks:
Just got a Galaxy S III - moving up from HTC Touch Pro 2After doing an initial set up and sync with Google (not sure how) I noticed that "S Planner" app seems to have an 'account" from one of my contacts and is showing all their calendar information. Not sure how that happened ... is there a way to "remove" the account for this individual under my s planner app? How do I ensure that MY calendar information is NOT being diseminated across the web?
Any assistance / info would be greatly appreciated ... really don't want to have to do a reset of the phone to factory specs!

Hello all,
I am developing an application on Android to sync a calendar. Everything is just working fine, except the fact I don't get a nice name in the Calendars selection list of HTC Sense. I set the name field for the calendar entity in contant://com.android.calendar/calendars, but this doesn't seem to work. Does anybody know where Sense gets the name and icon from and how I can fix this last issue?

Does anyone know if there's a way to select a range (such as a date, like january first to february 8) of text messages to restore? It gets annoying sitting through the restoration of thousands of text messages, when really i only need the more recent ones.
I suppose a manual workaround this would be to have the application delete messages after x days...
Ideas?

I have searched and searched but can not find a solution to my problem. I am a wedding photographer and use Google calendar to keep track of my open and booked weekends. When I schedule an event on the computer it will not sync if it is more than 14 months in the future! This is a huge problem for me. My iPad syncs fine but not my Note 2? Does anyone have a solution?

Trying to transfer my bookmarks that was stored to google and not my s3 device to my galaxy s4. When i activated my s4 and go to the internet and then the bookmarks...alls i see is the samsung bookmarks tab. How do i get google to come up?
Any way you can import those to chrome while in s3? Once you sign in to chrome on the s4, it will sync.
I dont use chrome on here. I use the stock browser.
