[Q] Resurrection Remix 2.4 Questions - Galaxy S II Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I was wondering , after flashing to this rom , i was pretty happy about it ! But one thing that sort of disappoint me is the gestures settings disappearing ( flip to mute calls ) I wanna ask if i am able to find the gestures somewhere in the settings or can i download an app for this ?
Also , i want to flash to 2.4.1 of the version , i would like to know how do i go about flashing to the version ? Many thanks , look forward to answers .

well for the first one thats gesture settings is this rom is not having the same for no may be future updates do bring the same
regarding 2.4.1 well if ur currently running v2.4 then there is no need to flash the same since its just an update for some wifi issue's for some people which is sorted out
if ur on v2.3 which is running fine without any issue then u can try v2.4 or 2.4.1 without any wipes

You will find gesture settings under apex settings or nova settings, depending on which launcher you are using.

Hello to everybody...this is my first post but it is a bit of time that i follow this fantastic forum, since from the version of resurrection 1.2, so i've two questions about this rom on that i've not found answers reading in the development section. One of this is: how fix the permission for gtalk in the subfolder \system\app, because after i've flashed 2.4 i not found and the app downloaded from this forum, once i've replaced in the subfolder system, can't install. I've tried to restart in recovery and then fix the permission but after, it's all the same... i don't know if there's some way to fix this problem.
Second question: when at tonight i switch the phone to airplane mode the wifi switch also to off, but during the night it switch automatically to on, so at the morning when i return to normal mode the battery seems that not completely has gone in deep sleep and in the use of consume wifi increase in percentage! This issue is known for me since previous version of RR and never fixed. Does anybody knows about it and if it possible to fix? Before of this issue in previous rom battery decreased 3-5% in 8 hours with wifi off...now also more 8-9% or 10%. Now i've flashed the siyah kernel 3.2+ that for me works wery well with this version

Q's abt rr2.4.1
I am using rr2.4.1 with fluxi kernel and i am very happy with the rom.
I just have few question/issues you guys might be able to help me out with
Q1. So i flashed the rom it came with that default nice grey colour system ui background then i flashed Gabo's Pitch black theme(nice one) and few other aokp based from play store but now i wanna go back to that default theme(grey bckgrnd) How do i do that?
If i use the rom theme switcher and select the system(default one which came when i flashed it) the sys ui is still black not default grey .
OR Can you guys point to the thread which might have a mod with that default grey theme.
Q2. When i am in messages after being there for say some 4 mins the screen goes black and then everything becomes non responsive if i don't do anything after some 2/3 minutes phone reboots anybody experienced same issue or if how can i fix it?
Q3. Also during aroma installer options i did not select the s3 launcher but now i wanna try so is there a flash able zip available for it or is there any other way to get ?

For the first question , you can use the theme switcher in the settings ! It should be changeable over there . For Q2 , I haven't have that problem since I changed to Go Sms , but you can try pm-ing gabowinter for help ? Q3 , try reflashing RR rom and select the s3 launcher along with the other options you selected when you first flashed . Hope i helped ! I know im long winded ~
