This isn't Segoe, but is the best font hands down. Gives the Zune look.. I got it a few months back from a SGS thread, and it was called "Revolution Font"
Edit: Goes PERFECTLY with Cypius's "Slate3D_Universal" skin

Are the flashable font packs from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=801160 compatible with the 3D?
I made a few flashable font packs that I used on my 4G that I would love to flash onto my 3D now... and no, sorry I can't share them because they are copyrighted files
Font Changer works for me as well...I just choose reboot later and then use the reboot option when you hold the power button down, works great...
I also go to www.fontsquirrel.com and grab fonts from there, of course you have to unzip them, so I actually DL them on my PC, unzip JUST the TTF part of it and then push the file to my phone with the disk drive option enabled...I have already gone through about 3 fonts today and I'm sure I will be going through more...
Looks amazing! Thanks again! Also, you can unzip zipped folders with ES File Explorer.

Can you show me a screenshot of this?
Somethin went nuts with my phone. I copied and paste the 3 files in system/font, backed out of root ex, turned off my phone but the led lights stayed on and I tried to turn it on again but it didn't work. So I wiped cache and dalvik. Same thing! Wouldn't turn on. So i nandroid and it fixed.
Would permissions effect that?
Not sure. But there isn't anything bad that'd happen if you did.

xTMFxOffshore, what worked for me is downloading the .apk from link 4, moving it to the system /app folder via root explorer, changing permissions to rw-r--r--, then changing the owner to 0-root and group to 0-root, and renaming the original LatinIME.apk to LatinIME2.apk and renaming the downloaded .apk to LatinIME.apk and rebooting. Hope this works for you. The only difference I saw however is that I wasn't able to find the original back in the same folder.. lol. so back it up like fnztakedown suggested if you wanted to switch back later

You have to be rooted. Use root explorer and go to system/app/SystemUI.apk and extract it. After you do that go to where you extracted it and go into the folder then go to res/drawable-hdpi and find the two icons with the gps icon ( stat_sys_location_e911_2.png and stat_sys_location_on_2.png). Rename both of those to .bak and then back out of those folders back to SytemUI and rezip it. Then copy it to system/app and change the permissions to the screenshot I have. Change the permissions quickly because systemui.apk will crash. If it does just do a battery pull and restart your phone. You'll be good to go then. If you get lost anywhere let me know of any questions.

I got all the way until the end, and when I paste the zip file in system/app, I changed permissions, but it just shows up as a zip file, not an apk. I see both SystemUI.apk and SystemUI.zip in the same file. Both permissions are the same. Rebooted and the icon is still there. Where did I go wrong?
Edit: It looks as though it's recreating the .png's in addition to the .bak files I made. Not sure if it's because of the odex'd SystemUI file that's also in there?
I'd post a screenshot but for some reason I can't post them. It's saying "image upload is no longer working" and to update the app, even though I already have xda premium.

The file you edited is a zip. The instructions he made were a little confusing for people that don't know about apks. You need to change the file extension from .zip to .apk and then push it. This will replace the current apk.

Kinda weird...I tried this unzipping> renaming the images>rezip>change .zip to .apk>replace SystemUI.apk
After a reboot, I got no wallpaper and no notification shade at all...I must have messed something up. I tried using ES File Manager with root enabled. Is the unzipping and zipping different between ES and "Root File Explorer"?
I am just familiar with ES and like the way it handles most things, it would be good to know in the future. Thanks!
There's always been problems with ES. Root Explorer is kind of the standard.

I did the whole process using root explorer, and I also had my wall paper reset back to the default. My notifications seem to be fine.
Also worth mentioning, I first copied the file as a .ZIP into the proper location, then changed the permissions, then renamed the original as a .Bak, then renamed the new one from .ZIP to .APK, then rebooted. I'm not sure if doing it that way made a difference or not.

Push meaning replace it with the original file, right?
I never made a backup of my original systemUI apk, although i got one from another thread where the wifi toggle icon is added to the notification shade screen. Are all the systemUI's teh same, or is there something in there unique to the device?
I will be doing this later today, too. That icon annoys me, but I need the alarm one.
Not too much theming, I've looked everywhere to change my bubble colors and most zips I've found weren't working. Here's one made from stock messenger app on the Galaxy Note. http://db.tt/Ao40ZDFN
REMEMBER: Make a .bak of your old MMS.apk push it to /system/app and in case it doesn't work just revert to your old one, if it fails to work PM me your MMS.APK and I will make a new one for your specific ROM.
Don't forget to hit the thanks!

Hi guys,
I manage to get PageBuddy and AirView working on the ATT rom. Also was able to add SmartRotation & SmartStay (I dont know how they work or if I'm missing something to modify. I tried a couple of times. If someone can help me I'll be grateful)
Installation:
1. Extract rar file I717 Xtra Features.rar
2. Push SecSettings.apk to system/app and set permissions rw--r--r
3. Push SecLauncher2.apk to system/app and set permissions rw--r--r
4. Push SecGallery2_Galaxy.apk to system/app and set permissions rw--r--r
5. Push PageBuddyNotiSvc.apk to system/app and set permissions rw--r--r
6. Push com.sec.feature.hovering_ui.xml to system/etc/permissions and set permissions rw--r--r
7. Reboot and Enjoy. :fingers-crossed:
Download: https://www.dropbox.com/s/gmknn2dy2678t1s/I717%20Xtra%20Features.rar
Update:
I have attached the calendar with Airview. Just flash in recovery (TRWP recommended). Remember to clear caches.
If i just install the "hover" and 'page buddy' Apks, will I get the air view function (seeing pop up previews in gallery and when watching videos) and the page buddy working 100 %? And does the 'smart rotation' and 'smart stay ' work at all on your note?
Thanks for all your efforts too man

I you just install hover then airview will only work with the video player, Email (Stock), Messaging (Stock). That's why you have to also push the gallery. THe gallery has the airview fix applied.
For PageBuddy, you need SecSettings.apk (so you can activate it), the PageBuddyNotiSvc in system/apps (Dont know what it does), the SecLauncher (This one is extracted from the Telus Rom. Thank God. Our SecLauncher does not have the page buddy.)
As for what is working I'll say that page buddy is working 100%. Inserted headphones and a new page for audio appear. Cannot test the dock part since I dont have a dock. SmartRotation and SmartStay can be toggled on, but after reading a bit about them an eye should have appeared in the status. For me it did not appear so I consider them half working.
I'm gonna try and do this right now, do you have any recommendations for the easiest way to 'set permissions'?

System\etc\permissions. The error looks like you don't have write access. You have to be mounted with read\write access in your file explorer.
