If already installed previous version, just flash New ICS WALKMAN.
* First enable Facebook Inside Xperia via Settings. [If already enabled then, skip this]
* Make sure that Facebook Muisc Like is working in your Default Music App. [If already working then, skip this]
* Then, flash New ICS WALKMAN via CWM recovery.
* Done, reboot your phone and everything will start working.
For CWM Recovery On Locked Bootloaders

Notice for Facebook Music Like
* Try to disable and then, re-enable it from Xperia Settings.
* If still not works, then, try to clear data of FBiX Music Likes via App Settings.
For xLOUD
* First disable xLOUD then, connect your headset and open Radio App.
* Then, enable xLOUD via Settings.
* Done...Now, disconnect headset, close radio and open WALKMAN app.
* After that there is no need to connect headset everytime.
* If you disable or re-enable it then, please restart WALKMAN app.
If SenseMe Not Works
* Try to import your all songs via MSC [Mass Storage] Mode.
* Enable MSC mode from Settings -> Xperia -> Connectivity -> USB Connection Mode.
If Music Widget Not Works
* Try to clear data of Music Player via App Settings.
For WALKMAN Key Fix

No you must root for ST15i
Only for lww WT19i it can be installed like normal app

I don't have this issue but you can try this...
First delete all your music from the sd card. Then connect your phone in mass storage mode and then again copy all your music files.
For mass storage mode go to Settings -> Xperia -> Connectivity -> USB Connection Mode -> Mass Storage Mode
