Yep I would do regaws method.... Just note that it will void your warranty with HTC.

Which doesn't matter as sprint will fix things anyways and and u can still get it replaced n what not. It only matters if you plan on sending it to HTC themselves

Let's hope, because my phone is a brick unless the fix I try works, or someone swaps it out for me.
Either way, I think rooting isn't for me, if I ****ed it up this hard.

They got booted just cause of a superwipe? I tried their Rom and it was pretty good. I read in their thread about the superwipe issue so i just didnt use it. I just wiped all partitions in 4ext except sd card and flashed rom. Everything went well

Their super wipe link is for GSM only. I've used the "modified superwipe" from my Mean Rom days and it works flawlessly.

Did not seem to break root, i'm using LBE privacy guard and it's still running the active protection service. Is there another easier way to test if root is still working?

Not really sure why you would need this being soff, when you install a rom the kernel is installed as well. Being soff you would just need the z image. Note this is for ICS not jb
