Well, first of all, thanks for the answer, but it still happens and pressing the home button 4 times doesn't change anything, though. Your answer is still appreciated much, though!
Second; I forgot the stats, maybe this will help...
I'm running stock ROM, rooted, busyboxed, running SiyahS3 (1.2.5) and have done nothing to the system partition (Which is odd lol) except deleting the bloatware... I'm still getting used to the device, seeming as I had the Nexus for 5 1/2 months (Untill it then broke) so, taking my knowledge from that, and from the S II, I still don't know what it is...

Turn off negative colours.
If using siyah kernel then press home button 4 times.
1 screenshot would have done.

Yes, it's a feature of all samoled phones. Essentially it turns off the black portions of the screen. This is why many recommend black or dark wallpapers on Samsung phones.

Does it effect the quality of images and videos? Do you recommend using it?

Not noticeably enough to me to not enable it. Battery life is way more important to me than video quality, though. Just try it, won't hurt.

Hard to tell. Every once in a great while things just go haywire. Same thing happens to your home computer if you don't restart it ever so often. Glad it fixed it for you.
dat helped

It happened to me to. A simple reboot fixed it. I have absolutely no idea what has caused this or how to reproduce it.

Home screen and apps menu

Hi is it just me or do you all have the same on your home screen and app menu
First one is the home screen menu when you click on the apps it dose it's effects and looks like it should fade up and out

"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
But it's still there not much of a problem but it dose get a bit annoying as them buttons can't be used so what's the point of keeping them there when the space could be put to a better use like more spacing between apps or for another row of apps?
The second one is the little tabs at the bottom to show what screen you are on one seams to be selected all the time is this due to the screen resolution?

Don't have this issue but you could try another launcher or try going to the ICS or JB touchwiz mods and try another Launcher size e.g. 4 x 5 icons or 5 x 5 icons
Cheers I installed go launcher and it solved both problems I forgot to mention it's on stock ics.
Would like to here from any one else with a stock ics s3 if they have similar issues?
Sent from my GT-I9300 using xda app-developers app
That's not right, you should flash a different stock firmware, you might as well be on the latest firmware anyway.

Cheers for the reply. I will give it a go tomorrow as the launcher is draining my battery a bit more than I would like.

[Q] FoxHound 1.2 issue

I must say that ROM is ok,but I run on smth i dont know why it happened. It looks like pixels are broke, look at the top left corner there is a white line.Any solution to this?
Change your wallpaper first .
jje
Not helping,it showed about 1 hour after i put rom.
Sent from my GT-I9300 using xda app-developers app
Download a pixel test app from the play store, if the line is still present you've got a problem with your screen.
Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk 2
I flashed another ROM no pixels are broken or dmg.
Hi,
It seems a battery bar mode for me... Check the battery settings in Foxhound settings (or it's called Foxhound extra), it's in some additional settings... In battery options/battery bar or similar...

Hum, we not see realy good but the line of my screenshot is exactly at the same area as the OP and it's a battery bar mod. According to the battery percentage and the longer of the line from the OP, pretty sure it's this mode, no?

Maybe the battery is giving crap, swap it.
Sent from the little guy
Never seen that before. That sucks. My screen was a little glitchy after a hard drop; factory reset and it fixed it somehow! Maybe lucky? Good luck.
He/she might me on ICS, if he/she's on 4.0.4 and factory resets, bye bye phone.
Sent from the little guy
It's not the battery or the soft. I change the soft and it's ok. I think is the display and must change.
I will need a little more help... What rom you recommend ? And a link will be great . Thanks a lot !

Did you try the battery thing?
What you mean "it's ok"?
Sent from the little guy
Yes I tray the problem is not from that. I mean maybe is the screen to look inside ,to dismantle the phone.?

Don't, warranty still good?
When did this started to happen?
